I rec'd the wrong manual. I paid $27 for the book plus shipping. They do not offer the year and model I need- they have a generic manual that covers 20 years. When I returned the book UNOPENED they charged me a 15% restock fee (even though it was their mistake) plus I paid $9 for priority shipping. SO I paid $22+ to get the wrong book-wait on hold for 15 minutes then be spoken to like I'm stupid... Read more

This place is a rip off!!! Received wrong part, $140, and they want ME to pay to send it back for $50.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THEORY AHs. Add comment

I order a fuel pump for a 1997 tj wrangler 2.5 -4cy fuel injection, the fuel pump looks the same but the # for my eng. Suppose too be airtex e-7115 they sent me e-7122 ,now cant start the engine cant use the fuel pump. I make call never answer me back I loose $160. 00. Need held wit yhis. Add comment

It's been so long ago they got there motor and kept my money that's 40 dollars I just gave away.They have the worst customer service if that's what you want to call it.I did business with them before this bad experience and haven't done business with them since. trying to help my dad order new headlights and tail lights for his 2000 chrysler minivan put in vin number to get correct parts. Tail light was perfect head lights both were wrong. I'm pretty surprised to see how many people have had issues like this. My first experience with them was good. They had the lowest price I could find for the air intake hose on my 95 Celica GT. Not only was the shipping free but I had the part within about 18 hours of ordering it. It was the exact part I needed and was just like they advertised. The Air condition failed and the problem is in the electrical circuits, since the part keeps blowing fuses. No way to drive a dark car w/o A/C. A fuse may last 6 hours. I tried calling them and was left on hold for 23 minutes when they hung up. They won't respond at all. Money is tight, so the cost of a new compressor and the installation is difficult. I ordered an alternator for my 02 Ford Escort and I make sured I got it exact fit for SE. When I got the part it would not mount in place.
