Stay far far away. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RESTOCK IS 30% AUTOMATICALLY AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT AT ALL! Yeah the price was low but I was charged 3 times the shipping rate other people with the exact same product cost. I would have saved $85 ordering from someone on Amazon for the exact same thing. I ordered a torque converter for my 2007 Mercedes c230. Got the wrong torque converter. They have no customer service number to call. They use a "return ticket" you must fill out to get a return authorization number. Now I have to pay to return the part. It's an order at your own risk system. Now I'm out the return shipping money. I ordered a CV axle for my Audi and got a box with ungreased CV joints, one band clamp for the outer boot broken in the box and the inner CV joint in pieces with the ball bearings rolling around in the box. High quality junk! Glad I didn't put that *** on my car. Of course they want me to pay the shipping charges to return the garbage. Not cheap since the axle is solid unlike the factory... Read more

I tried calling. no response at all after holding for a hour or longer. Tried to submit ticket. It wont let you. I ordered a part on july 10, 2014 Refused the part upon arrival. Cant det my refund. I think this is illegal. And i am contacting a lawyer. And i will be reporting parts geek to better buisness bureau. Think you can get away this, well your wrong. There are laws for crooks like you.... Read more

This business has an F with the bbb they sent me an $40 wrong part not my fault i had to pay almost $12 to mail back what a rip off made mistake on ordering again its been over a week no confirmation on part i am an ***.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS Add comment

I guess you know what my address is better than me...since you don't know what a p o box is ...I sent you my physical address but you won't accept that either because there is not an apartment number... you f***** its a ranch...there is no's funny how the simplest things can be so difficult... Ordered $40 worth of parts and add $20 shipping. Returned parts for credit, couldn't do credit return. $6 restocking fee, $20 shipping back. You do the math. Last time I will use this site and will tell all my mechanic friends not to also. And I was honestly gonna order the other parts I needed after the return, until I found out about restocking fee and shipping that I had to pay to return.... Read more

I needed a left rear tail light for a 2008 Honda Element. I ordered it carefully, making sure to have the proper make, model and year, AND checked the picture to make sure it matched up. I received the wrong part (ok, mistakes happen, but now fix it). I have called twice, and the phone simply rings until the automated service hangs up on you. Ordered a part and when I received it, it was NOT the part I ordered. They do not pay for return shipping EVEN WHEN THEY ARE COMPLETELY AT FAULT. Included literature indicated I would have to pay a "restocking" fee unless they were at fault however you have to talk to someone there in order to have it waived.
