Installed by BMW mechanic labor 125.00, defective within 2 wks, rec,d no. to return, waited until mechanic could schedule work. Reordered part, got charged another $125 to install , paid frt both ways,and took two weeks to issue credit, which the claim they sent , but was never posted to my acct. and the Bank checked to see if it was returned and their research said they never rec'd it. $0-50... I ordered power window and fuel parts for a 66 Charger. Power window motor and regulator were wrong parts. No where close to what would fit a 66 Charger. Ordered 6 days ago and only received part of the order. The nuts and cotter pins are missing from the tie rods. Went to the web site and the return area is "DoWN" and you can not contact them. I received a broken headlight assembly. It took days to receive the first email reply that said I would be receiving another email in 24-48 hrs. A week later and I haven't received the email with return instructions. There is no customer service number, only orders. I first ordered a Denso brand air filter from Parts Geek for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The price was cheap enough and I was able to get free shipping.
