They sent the wrong part, but they're making me pay for (a) shipping to return it, (b) a restocking fee, (c) shipping to have the correct part sent. This policy is a piece of ***. Ordered wrong part and immediately contacted the company after the order was submitted. Was told the order was "too far along to stop it from shipping". I advised that I had just placed the order and asked if they could just cancel it and stop it from being mailed. this place has no customer service skills. if they screw up and send the part wrong they make you as the customer have to pay shipping back to them with out a reimbersment. they will argue with you insisting they are always right and you as the customer are wrong. I have spent all morning long trying to get my money back from this place with no luck. so now I will spend the rest of the day... Read more

I ordered fuses for my '72 VW from Parts Geek. Their online catalog showed pictures of blister packs containing 20 fuses. I ordered three at $2.33 each in a order of over $100. Ordered 2 window regulators for .y car both failed within a month, took forever to get them shipped to me in the first place now they want me to return the regulator for credit with no replacement even though I purchased their 3 year extended warranty. I ordered springs and they sent the wrong springs, they would not answer calls or emails. I opened a case with the BBB and they told the BBB I ordered the wrong part. They told the BBB they would take the wrong springs back and send me new springs. They did nothing, this is a horrible company. found and ordered part. easy. they took my money. easy. Ordered parts- did not received some, and some were damaged. Refused one damaged part, sent the other back. Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible.
