I ordered two wiper blades from Partsgeek. One of the wipers I received was opened and was missing the attachment I needed. I couldn't reach them via their phone number, so I initiated a return through their ticket system. I agree with the other post - this company is not even worth one star. I ordered a part that was never delivered. The Fedex tracking said it was in another state with "no estimated delivery date". I ordered a muffler two days ago. It was a Bosal brand. It was available for $132--not a bad price for a muffler I suppose. I ordered a small part that they said would arrive in 3-7 days at the latest. They took money out of my account and then a day later I received a tracking number. I ordered a taillight for my Chrysler, and paid price plus shipping. They sent me a taillight for a Ford Explorer, even though their invoice and tracking notice specified a Chrysler tail light. To get my money back for the part, I have to pay shipping both ways for the wrong part which they sent in error - the original shipping to me, and the cost of shipping the wrong part back to them! I purchased an o2 sensor from parts geek. After matching up the thread I installed it only to find out the cable wasn't anywhere near long enough. Because I installed it I cant return it and now im stuck with a $50 useless part.. Place is terrible! Customer service and return policies are bad.
