First gasket failed and cost me thousands to have the job done twice. Parts geek wouldnt send me a replacement i had to order a new one. They wouldnt even get me a discount or expidited shipping on a replacement. After several days still no tracking. Asked to cancel since they havent even shipped it and they said no. Worst company ever!

We ordered a pitman arm and idler arm. We accidently ordered two, we sent one back. We have been waiting on a refund for almost a month. I ran the tracking number and it says held at post office "per customer request". It has been sitting at the post office since Feb 3rd and it is now Feb 25th. Return window closes March 13, so I think they are trying to get the return to window to run out. I have contacted both Parts Geeks (they act like they dont understand and that I need to fix it). I have also contacted the USPS and am now hoping they can help. Do not purchase from this company!D

I ordered parts. Not all were shipped. The packing slip said that they were ALL shipped. In place of the brake-pads I literally got a BOX OF CRAYONS!!! In place of the rotors I got HUGE PACKING AIR BUBBLES!!! NOW!!! They are giving me the run a round!!! This is absurd!!! It's been 12 days and all I get is contradictions...

I ordered a kit from them, it was a lot of parts so it was supposed to be shipped in two packages. I received the first one but not the second, they want me to return what I do have so they can send me the second package that was never shipped. It states it on the FedEx website that a label was created for two parcels, all they have to do is send me the second package but no, they want to argue with me in a foreign language, hopefully they make it right as I am stranded in my driveway.

I ordered parts for my vehicle, my mechanic gave me the list. I never opened them. Past their return policy, I took my car to my mechanic. I never received 2 of the parts and the oil and coolant lines did not fit the turbocharger I purchased from them even though I called to make sure. Turbocharger was not the correct one either, I then called them and I couldn't return them. The parts I could return, I had to overnight to get them back in the time they allowed via FedEx. Now I'm stuck with over 1,000 dollars of parts I cannot use.

I still have a broken plastic bug deflector which is junk, I should be able to just throw it away but they want me to return it and said they would send instructions, but have heard nothing from them for more than two days. I do still want the item but if they could just cancel my order I would go somewhere else

Did a Google search for a part. Partsgeek was one of the first results. The part was a match for my vehicle & was much less than the other ads. When I clicked the link to their website I had to enter my vehicle info again. This time the results showed the part but it was 50$ more than their ad on google.

Horrible service

Sent me a brake pad and rotor kit for my ram 2500. After installing the rotors I began to install the pads and realized that they were the wrong ones.

I called part geeks customer service to get the correct pads sent. They stated I would have to return the rotors and pads together on my dime for shipping. They would not just exchange the pads for the correct ones. Now its cheaper to order a new set of pads than to ship the 45 pound rotors back to them.

So moral of the story, dont buy from them. They sent the wrong parts and it cost me an extra 59 dollars to purchase the correct pads from Amazon.

I ordered a turbocharger and all lines for my vehicle. By the time I could get my vehicle serviced, unfortunately my vehicle's motor blew.

I called their customer service and was told even though it was past their return policy. Even though they were unopened and I could only return a few items. Upon returning the items, not only were some of the items missing, but they sent me duplicate parts and not the items I ordered. The timeline I was given to return the few items I had to express ship via FEDEX overnight.

I just gave up. If I could by chance have used most of the parts, They were either missing or duplicates. So I would have had to order the correct parts, plus order again the missing parts I did not receive.

Stuck with over 1,000 dollars worth of parts. I did find out the Turbocharger ordered was the wrong one for my vehicle, even though their site stated differently.
