Damaged item in shipping and they want nothing to do with handling the situation. Very rude and hate customers. When asked why they ship exhaust systems with ZERO packing material, they made no bones about it. "Those are shipped with a label only". " If you want to get another exhaust shipped out, you will need to order another one and deal with UPS on the claim". Now that I have time wrapped up into this issue, I might as well tell the story. I ordered a part for my Toyota. Parts geek sent the wrong part. I paid +- $13 for shipping and +- $27 to return. the incorrect part. I imagine I will get my money back, I but lost $40 in shipping because Partsgeek sent the wrong part. Why am I penalized because Partsgeek shipped the wrong part ????? I believe if Partsgeek ships the wrong part it shouldn't be on the customer to bear the loss. I returned a wrong gas tank for my 1995 t100 pick up in November wrote a letter and I was never refunded Wayne s Perkins 540 319 9750 I've called many times but I get cut off after being on hold for 15 minutes or more I out of 183 dollars will never order from part geek again. I still have a gas tank that leaks I AM VERY UPSET that I couldn't get any one to help me with this problem. Worst experience of my life! They have catlog issues so i received the wrong parts, called to complain (and by this time I had already lost my mind because I only have one bay with a lift so this basically stopped all work in my shop) and was told there was no management there til Monday, this was on a Friday, and the manager would call me Monday, I was livid! i have ordered parts from partsgeeks on several occassions it usually works out good i order a pair of knock sensors and the wiring horness they only delivered one so i went bought another from gm could'nt wait any longer called them said they where going to contact the warehouse and see what happend i have been told this on three different occassions after calling in after they sent me rma # for a return which does not help me this has been about a month ago still not resolved i feel they are spinless over there obviously they must feel like... I ordered one side mirror on this website and they sent to the wrong address. When I noticed that the item was in my city and then sent to another state, found it very weird and called them. They said "it's okay, I'd receive the package on the estimated date", which was yesterday. Today I tried tracking the package (1Z2197180360289230) and it was saying the receiver refused (in another state). Called them again and they said the mistake was made by UPS, and they couldn't do anything besides processing the refund but it would take days after... Read more

I ordered a part and waited a month for it and they did not have part. I put in complains in customer service and said they would refund my money and shipping cost. it took months to get my money back but my shipping cost never returned. I even wrote better business but shipping cost was never returned as they promised. When I tracked my shipping order it said it was in the bronx ny post office. I called them and was told no package was there. At that time about $1000 came out of my debit card from western union in colorado not once but twice.... Read more
