Ordered a tail light assembly for an 2006, 2500 Dodge, received a freakin' aluminum mag wheel for an 04-07 Corolla...WTF! Followed their website, submitted a ticket and two days later I received an email saying my credit card was refunded...minus the shipping! Ordered a number of parts, sporadically arrived from various places, doesn't look they actually stock anything, just front for other warehouses. They shipped several boxes on a single tracking number, one box never arrived. Make sure you order the right parts, they are horrible at returns, and even worse to get your money back. 2 months and they still cant get it right. Never again will i use these guys. Add comment

Purchased from Partsgeek through their web site. Ended up with a "membership" in a "partner" company called autodiscountnation. Free for 30 days and then if I don't contact them to cancel I get billed $39 a month and get locked in for 3 months. My CC company caught it before it even hit my bill. They sent the wrong part, but they're making me pay for (a) shipping to return it, (b) a restocking fee, (c) shipping to have the correct part sent. This policy is a piece of ***. Ordered wrong part and immediately contacted the company after the order was submitted. Was told the order was "too far along to stop it from shipping". this place has no customer service skills. if they screw up and send the part wrong they make you as the customer have to pay shipping back to them with out a reimbersment. they will argue with you insisting they are always right and you as the customer are wrong.
