Sent wrong parts...... Heavy packages, hung up on me twice after 24 hours to reach anyone and told me they screwed up but I must pay to return wrong parts! "NOT" worth what you might save! Too RISKY! This is obviously why they take very few forms of payment and not PayPal , the consumer has no protection and they know it...... Should have known when I seen the New Jersey address.....seems like nobody on that east coast has any business... Read more

I've ordered from Partsgeek three times. Every time, I have received the correct parts. I was nervous as *** the first order because I read some bad reviews and we have crappy delivery at my house. All three times, right parts that fit great and not damaged in delivery (which is a miracle these days). I bought insurance this time and didn't even need it. I'm going to order another turn signal assembly so it'll match the one I'm replacing.... Read more

Ordered a signal light but never received it. They had the wrong address and ups sent it back to them. Called geek service and they told me to reorder it and I would have to buy the part again that I already payed for encluding the shipping and they refuse to refund the part I paid for. Never again that I will give them a Penny. But I will dispute the charges and get my money back.

I recently ordered several items. Parts Geek sent the 'idler arm' for the wrong vehicle. I spent several hours trying to figure out why the idler arm for my GMC Jimmy did not fit until I discovered it was an idler arm for a Blazer. It was not the correct part. Parts Geek's response to my request for them to send the right part and a return label for my shipping back their mistake was for me to take pictures of the part, etc, etc, etc. In... Read more

very unsatisfied. selected my vehicle (year, model, etc) and selected the part that i needed (window motor) once i received the part and went to put it in, it was the wrong part. Contacted parts geek to return and exchange the part, they have been going back and forth with me that its my fault that i ordered the wrong part and are making me pay for the return shipping. i was going to re-order the item once this issue was resolved but they have... My package was supposed to arrive Aug 1st. So after numerous emails. I was told a missing package report was filed aug 8th. I was told that within 30 days I would receive a refund or my part would arrive. No option for a immediate refund or a replacement send.

Parts Geek has one outstanding customer service: price. Everything else that stands out needs corrected. For example, their parts filter does not go to sub-models before listing parts. That is incompetent by any standard. For example, the sub-model list is below part information in a micro-font, which makes mistakes inevitable. I received a defective part, but due to the lengthy return and replacement process The auto shop tie wrapped it together so we could use it. I received an E-mail from Part geeks stating they had reviewed my problem and would call me or E-mail me by 8-3. It is now 8-8-16 and no call or additional contact.
