The Air condition failed and the problem is in the electrical circuits, since the part keeps blowing fuses. No way to drive a dark car w/o A/C. A fuse may last 6 hours. I tried calling them and was left on hold for 23 minutes when they hung up. They won't respond at all. Money is tight, so the cost of a new compressor and the installation is difficult. I ordered an alternator for my 02 Ford Escort and I make sured I got it exact fit for SE. When I got the part it would not mount in place. I called and never reached anyone being place on hold for almost 30 minutes and then it hangs up. I received the part in the correct amount of time at a good price. Sounds good if you are one of the lucky customers but if there is a mistake like all companies have, you are stuck with the problem. Very bad business. I was using parts geek for couple of years now but it take only time to loos a client. I ordered alloy wheel on 06/29/2014 and it came as advertized . I got wrong part. It is parts geek fault. They won't pay for both shipping cost. And they charge a restocking fee.

Wrong part sent. Multiple emails to their "customer service" department. Every time you reply to their email then it opens a new ticket, a different agent emails you. Then you answer that and new ticket gets opened, and another person emails you. I have been going through this for a month. I returned the part and they are charging me a huge restocking fee. This company is the epitome of all the things that people fear when shopping online from false advertising to negligent customer service. I purchased a mirror for my car and when I received it I realized that it was not the correct mirror--not that I was sent a completely different mirror, but that the mirror was close to the original manufacturer mirror but didn't come close to fitting properly... Do not buy anything from this company. Their prices are good, but they are totally unreliable. I ordered an A/C expansion valve for my 1991 Honda Accord. Purchased a brake booster for my volvo and it arrived broken. There is no phone number to call and the claim process is confusing and ineffective. I doubt that I will get my $230.00 back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PARTS GEEK!!! it's just an online scam.
