I needed a left rear tail light for a 2008 Honda Element. I ordered it carefully, making sure to have the proper make, model and year, AND checked the picture to make sure it matched up. I received the wrong part (ok, mistakes happen, but now fix it). I have called twice, and the phone simply rings until the automated service hangs up on you. I have written twice, and some monkey in a chair... Read more

Ordered a part and when I received it, it was NOT the part I ordered. They do not pay for return shipping EVEN WHEN THEY ARE COMPLETELY AT FAULT. Included literature indicated I would have to pay a "restocking" fee unless they were at fault however you have to talk to someone there in order to have it waived. They provide a phone number, but as others have written, I eventually gave up because... Read more

I ordered a brake master cylinder for my 72 V.W. Come to find out, it was not the right one. Problem is no matter what, I have to pay return shipping. Of course, you can't easily get ahold of them because their customer service page is down for what-ever. You know, I'm just a kid and don't have a lot of money. I can't afford nor should have to pay for return shipping. So I am stuck with 68.00... Read more

If your delivery address takes more than 2 lines, for example: 500 Main St. Carman Apts #4 Anytown, NY 10024 Parts Geek will list the UPS delivery address as 500 Main St, Anytown, NY 10024. UPS will only deliver to a certified address and the apartment details aren't certified. Depending on your UPS driver, you may or may not get your package. I paid $30.00 for overnight shipping. UPS... Read more

Ordered a pair of tailgate struts for a Nissan xterra. Checked and re-checked their site to make sure I was ordering the right parts BEFORE placing the order. Received the parts and they don't fit. These guys sent a return authorization and indicate I'm responsible for shipping! NEVER before have I had a company tell me the "customer pays return shipping no matter who made the mistake." I... i purchased parts for my daughters p/u and they sent parts for a 2wd dr instead of a 4wd. The only way I could find a phone number was from my credit card company. I guess they get too many complaints to answer the phone. I have sent them e-mail and gotten no response. I called several times and they put you on some lousy music until the phone goes dead or they just hang up on you.. I am going... Read more

I made a couple of online purchases and later observed that they offer a fifteen percent discount for returning customers. They refused to back that discount when I questioned it later. I am a returning customer from several months back and they dismissed my concern. I later returned two core auto parts and sent them to a designated New York warehouse. I was notified that one of the parts was... Read more
