I was online looking for a head gasket for my 2003 Land Rover and happened to stumble upon Parts Geek. Before ordering, I checked reviews. Needless to say, but they were not that great. I live in Philadelphia, 15 miles from PartsGeek in Marlton, NJ. Their price for the bumper cover I needed is very competitive, UNTIL you see the shipping cost ! $129.00 to ship it 15 miles ! Are they insane ! And they refuse to allow a pickup. Why? I had two orders that I never received and on top of that they only refunded a partial of my payment, even though it wasn't a fault of mine. Their shipping guidelines says it will be shipped to your street address. I ordered brake parts from PartsGeek got 3/4s of my order in 2 days. It is almost impossible to contact them to track an order or delivery issue. Their online form practically prevents you from placing an inquiry and no telephone number. Add comment

Ordered three parts, 1 part tracking number created but never shipped. Called UPS and they said they did not receive item for shipment. Parts geek - sucks I ordered a bumper bracket for my 87 Chevy r10 pickup truck and they gave me a whole different bracket that isn't what was described in the picture.the bracket I got was for a Chevy s10 totally different morons can't even return it or call anybody about it. Add comment
