Delivery exception is all i get. I am supposed to have gotten my order last night. Fed ex tracking says its damaged. Both fed ex and parts geek 1. Dont provide an email phone number or way to get hold of anyone 2. Horrible customer service, i am still waiting for info concerning my radiator. I had ordered from Parts Geek in the past and really had no problems small stuff. However this last order will be MY LAST ORDER FROM THEM. The salesman(Mike) was a good guy that just made a mistake. I was talking to him on returning a dryer for my truck A/C, he sent the wrong one and acknowlegded it. But we got cut off. I ordered my part a week ago. They charged my credit card the same day, and my order status has been "Processing" for a week. When I ordered the part, the website said more than 12 were "in stock" and that standard shipping was 3-7 business days. I received no contact from this company to explain the delay. Ordered a reese hitch for my Chysler Town and Country. They sent the wrong part. I have a stow and go but they never asked if i did. I accept part of the blame and am willing to pay the shipping to send it back. They have dragged this out for 5 days now. They sent me the completely wrong part. I tried to exchange it but they don't do exchanges only returns. however, I had to pay to have the wrong part shipped back. why am I having to pay for their screw up. they hold your money hostage until you pay to have the part returned. Bought parts from them. They turned out to be the incorrect parts. Had to pay for the return shipping. Then had to pay a hefty restocking fee for a completely unused part. I ended up in the negative by the time all was said and done. Meaning I actually lost money. Called to complain and also sent numerous emails. They refused to do anything about it. I ordered a part, they sent me the wrong part from New Jersey. I had to return the part to California at my own expense, and then they tried to say they rejected acceptance of the parts return. Then I went off the deep end, and they accepted the part as returned. Then they reduced my refund by 10.00 because THEY MADE A MISTAKE.
