Ordered a wv Passat 04 light switch and received a Toyota relay. Sent an email but now I suppose to pay to delivery the wrong part back to them. This is ridiculous!! Wonder if the address that shows in the website is real...I'm thinking to make a trip over. Not to far from that address in NJ Add comment

I ordered a radiator, but the part was crushed during shipping and was unusable. I opened a customer service request online, since there was no customer service phone number, and waited for a response. I was then told I had to pay for shipping again, even though I paid for shipping insurance. I had to argue to get shipping handled, which took a week! I then had to return the part, have my money... Ordered a o2 sensor and a starter on 09/17/14 parts ship out fed-ex and then get handed to usps, 09/17/14 tracking states address undeliverable, return to sender. 09/27, 9/28, 9,29 all attempted to return. 10/06/14 still have not received refund, emailed them and asked them to please call me and explain what is going on. 10/09/14 responded thru email that 2-4 days for refund even when i asked... DO NOT ORDER BRAKE CALIPERS FROM HERE. You will end up paying full price including the core refund and they will not refund your core refund. I ordered 4 brake calipers for my car and was very pleased with the parts, they work great. So i took my old calipers and mailed them to the address stated on the piece of paper in the box. I have read a lot of bad reviews and I have to say sorry to all of you who got ripped off! Unfortunately for all you folks I was a lucky costumer, I had no problems what's so ever! Parts came on two different days but had all the parts by Wednesday when I ordered the Thursday before! Not so bad cause they said 5-7 business days! Again sorry to hear about all the bad experiences! Add comment

Things could not went worse then my experience with Parts sh.. Iordered a set of shocks to be delievered to my home via Fedex. Fedex did not delievered , but gave the pacel to USPS. Since they don t come to my house with a parcel that size they shipped it back. That took 6 weeks before they send it back with my precise order to only Fedex it.mSome happened again.
