I purchased a driver side axle for my 1999 Honda Accord and they send me the wrong part. I contacted the company or I should say try to contact the company, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and then got disconnected. I send a request via e-mail only to get the RMA number stating that I am responsible for the return shipment. I would never use this company again if my life depended on it. Bad... Read more

Last week I ordered an air filter and a new door handle for my Toyota Camry. Yes, I can install a lot of new replacement parts even though I should be going to the dealership. However, I saved a lot of money by shopping on Parts Geek and I am pleasantly surprised with how quickly I got my parts even though I ordered them this past weekend. I am not sure why other people are not getting their... Read more

I have a 2002 Jaguar and needed a new brake pad set. I went on PartsGeek.com and immediately saw a Centric brand brake pad set for about $32.00. It was available for Ground Shipping and I ordered a 3 year warranty plan for about $5.00. So, the entire price ended up being around $46.00. Being that I ordered standard shipping I expected it to come at most up to two weeks. However, here I am a... Read more

I ordered some parts from them on Jan. 23rd 2015. Although they claim to have a guarantee of regular deliver of 3-7 business days I did not receive my part (an O2 sensor) until Feb. 6th!!!!! No one ever answers the phone and you get email responses in about 2-3 days. But here’s the real kicker…..the part they sent me was a USED PART !!!!! That’s right, A USED SENSOR !!!! It was in a sealed... Read more

Received parts packaged inappropriately, the parts shipped from the OEM factory were damaged in the factory box (dented). Likely could have only happened in handling on the distribution end of this. Called to get it resolved - there is NO phone number for this operation - you can only use e-mail, and their response is TWO days for one *** question - then NO answer. It would be VERY unwise to... I order something which says in-stock.. only to find out once my order has shipped ..that the part was not available..What you guys don't have an inventory tracking system??????? Can't let the customer know... Read more

Ordered a Dorman brand door handle for my Toyota Corolla. I am sure many of you are wondering why from Parts Geek instead of go to the dealership, but I am a “do-it-yourselfer” and am able to reinstall these types of things myself. Plus, the price was great—I got it for $9.97, with a three year warranty plan and ground shipping. Overall, I am happy with my purchase as I already have the door... Read more

I ordered Bosch brand wiper blades from my 2007 Subaru from Parts Geek this past Sunday. The weather hasn’t been that good here so I wanted them to be shipped overnight. Being that it was a Sunday I didn’t expect them until at least today (Tuesday) and here I am as I am writing this review—they are in my hands. Even though one day shipping was a lot more expensive than standard shipping you... Read more

I received an email from an alleged "teacher" wanting me to place a link for http://www.partsgeek.com/brands/railroad_parts_history_for_kids.html on my website. She claimed that this site was about model railroad history. This is a not-so-common scam trying to dupe website owners into lining to their sites, and is used by unscrupulous "black hat" SEO people trying to increase traffic to their... Read more
