I ordered the hub they had listed for my car. They had the wrong part listed, so i got the wrong part. I didn't realize it until i tried to put the part on a few months later. I know they have a 30 day return policy, but this was totally their catalog mistake. I'm sure the part is fine, they sent me the wrong one. They refuse to exchange the part!! Add comment

This is the worst company on net We ordered a fuel pump for our vehicle and they sent the wrong part, but, swear the error was on our behalf...either way its the wrong part and was returned they are refusing to credit my money back...151.12..I do not recommend anyone use this company...The customer service is horrible...they switch you around from person to person to avoid... I ordered a 2001 Toyota Tundra driveshaft for 4 wheel drive, 4.7 liter engine. This what they advertised. What I got was the center bearing shaft 14 inches to long. Now I have to put out good money to ship this back to them. Will never deal with them again, if they can't get it right the first time, they don't know what they are doing. Add comment

Ordered wheel hub and bearing from Parts Geek. When I opened it, they were nicked, scratched and other damage. Reason, they place little packing material and the hubs and bearing damaged each other during transit. Shipped them back and they reimbursed me for the part. However, I and am out $26.43 in return shipping that Parts Geek says they will not reimburse me for. Have attempted three times... Read more

Partsgeek - Review about Moog Ck620956 Control Arm from Akron, Ohio

So recieved my moog lower control arms today. Went to inspect them and noticed it wasn't in a bag, a tear in the ball joint boot, missing a dust cover and nut. How in the world can you f this up. Think twice before you buy! I purchased 6 parts from Partsgeek 4 fit just fine, 2 were wrong. They insisted I bought for the wrong car but why would 4 parts fit and not 2? They knew my cars year and model and trim. They sent an RA but I had to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, this came out to what I had paid for the parts. They shipped me an item that was previously opened by someone, had greasy marks inside the box, no instruction sheet and one of the two parts missing.
