Screwed up initial order, then claimed all core parts not returned. Still no refund for core parts. Don't bother calling customer service number. If they answer the phone, they will start talking and then hang up on you. Now have to spend time calling the attorney general and filling out paperwork because they are scammers. Try calling them at 800-541-9352 and see where you get. Maybe letting it... Read more

Stay away from this company - they are scammers making money on shipping charges. Ordered windshield washer reservoir, and it was broken upon arrival with no external damage to the box and no packing to prevent damage inside the box. Opened support ticket as per web site requesting shipping label to return broken part and that a replacement part be sent to me. Two days later received an email... Read more

I ordered a left rear (passenger side) taillight for my sons 2005 ford ranger. The light came in with the part numbers listed on the web site. It was a driver side light or left side. Had to pay shipping to return the part that they sent that was boxed incorrectly. They make a mistake and I have to pay for it. How does that work. I would not recommend them for this reason. We ordered a new tail light covering for our Honda Civic which it was specified as such on their website. Partsgeek sucks! I was told in my phone conversation that it's not their fault if the drop shipper get's it wrong. I think the guy I spoke with smokes a lot of ***. His reasoning was mind blowing. They seem to be impossible to reach for any sort of customer service and they sent 1/2 of my order and my email tracking showed the full order. So I did not realize what they had done until only 1/2 of my order arrived via Fed Ex with a shipping form showing only 2 and not the four as stated on my E-mail tracking showing 4 and not just 2 and my full billing plus added shipping! Shipped my order US POST...parts never arrived...customer service is some off shore web-clearing house...no help, just one pre-written response after another...you are out in the cold if you have any issues with your order! I ordered parts that were supposedly delivered by Fed Ex but never came. ParksGeek claimed not their problem - because tracking said delivered. OK, so I contacted Fed Ex told them the parts were not at my door. They said they would investigate it, but the "SHIPPER" (PartsGeek) would have to initiate the claim.
