I ordered a grille for my car, recieved a tracking # and checked it because I hadn't recieved it in 5 days. The tracking showed 'person refused package'. Well of course they refused it, they didn't order it, I did. On the tracking UPS brought it to South Carolina, I live in Minnesota. They said they would refund and if I wanted the part I would have to re-order. I told them it was not my fault, it was thiers, they agreed to ship one out. Now on day 3 waiting again. If I would have read these postings before I ordered...I might not have ordered from them. Prices seem good tho.....but maybe not worth it. 1288855

ordered part 11-7-11 recieved e-mail saying card rejected... just moved. tryed to contact parts geek by phone # given by them for over 2 hrs....recorded messages no answers Thank God for the cedit card security. Parts Geek answer the damm phone.

Just wanted to update.....I recieved my part shortly after my last post. They did not charge any additional charges. But the part was not quite what the desciption was. I recieved the grille but no emblem. In the description it read "w/emblem". I guess the prices aren't that good. I got what I paid for. I probably will never order from them again. I'd rather buy from a dealer and get what I intend on getting.
