Sent me the wrong part (not even close to what I ordered), then was vague about a refund in their email and would not pay return shipping for their error. A REPUTABLE merchant would guarantee a full refund, and would probably not force you pay shipping for their mistake. This is either blatant fraud or just idiotic business practice. I suspect both. Only 'after-the-fact' did I find this site and these eerily similar complaints.

The only way to protect yourself from Parts Geek is to abstain from purchasing from them. Once they have your money, kiss it goodbye! 128888b

Hey they just ripped me off too. when I send emails they just send me a automated message that says credit card declined when it wasn't. 

Cannot call them they put you on hold forever. 

Someone really needs to shut this website down. If I knew who was hosting this website it would be shut down already.
