I, like so many others I see, have also been duped by Parts Geek. I helped my grand mother, ordered a part for her Hyandai through parts geek. Mind you she is 72 and on a VERY limited income. We made payment, recieved a wrong part, retuerned the part as instructed.and have got the runaround ever since. Parts Geek, as far as I am concerned, is a half-assed,poorly managed, company operated by incompetent bullshit artists. My grandmother and I are appauled by the lack of customer service and total disreguard of their own "company polices" (their customer satisfaction guarantee) I think if enough of us got together that we could at least get some type of satisfaction. 1288919

I had the misfortune of dealing with those characters at Parts Geek. Filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau got the ball rolling. No more ignored e-mails, finally got the RMA# that I repeadly requested to return a part. I just received word that my credit card was credited for the part. It isn't too often one runs up against such hideous customer service :(
