They sent the wrong part, would not refund or exchange, which seems to be every other complaint against parts geek. Even on other review and complaint websites, parts geek is scamming lots of other people. Stopped replying after two emails". They would not return phone calls/. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY?. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.. THEY ARE THEIVES.. STEER CLEAR! Spend an extra five dollars and use a reputable business/. You will be happy that you spent a little bit of extra money,. | 1. Written by Parts geek is a ripoff! on January 14, 2012 from boise, idaho, US I ordered some parts for my Ford PU and they some of the correct parts but messed one up. I thought 'no prob' I will just get a hold of them and ask to get a return # and UPS/USPS prepaid to return. Oh no! The customer gets to pay to return the part that THEY SCREWED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE! THEY WONT EVEN PAY TO SHIP OUT THE RIGHT PART!! BEWARE---THEY ARE A RIPOFF! in my opinion. |
