Sent damaged brake pads.

Asked how to get replacements by e-mail.

My reply was to send them back for a refund that I may see in 30 days.

30 Days my money for brake pads is held up.

I had e-mailed that I wanted an exchange.

They provide a phone number and keep you on hold for 5 min. then hang up on you. I need the pads now!

Mow I do not know if they are sending replacements or my money and no one to ask!

Am I susposed to drive around for a month with bad brakes?

I ordered some parts from parts geek and tried to cancel one part within 24 hours of ordering and was told it was to late they had already packaged everything. I was told to just refuse it on arrival, which is what i did---30 days ago.I have sent numerous e-mails asking about my CC refund only to get a return authorization number.Nothing credited yet.
