If you consider ordering online parts from this business DON'T! When a consumer places and order and an issue arrises....good luck with trying to contact a service rep. The consumer is put through a automated phone prompted system, after 6-8 minutes of waiting "on hold to speak to a representative", the consumer is forwarded to a voicemail box. This company will "NEVER" call you back. When a consumer finally speaks to a representative the rep at the other end is confrontational.

If a consumer becomes angry or upset, their response is well...we will just cancel your order...

Not a company I am will to work with.....Neither should you! 1288b75

count me as another sucker here. Ordered a wiper motor for a Mercedes, they sent a waterpump for a volvo. Cannot contact them and they won't respond to email or "service ticket"

I ORDERED A SIDE VIEW MIRROR FOR MY SEVERING 2006 and they sent me a mirror that doesnt fit when I called back for instructions on how to send the part back I was told I had to pay for the reshippment of the part.I called VISA and started a dispute charges vs this company.Do not order anything from Parts Geek!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with these merchants was ok regarding the parts. Trying to reach anyone by phone was impossible. After numerous attempts I gave up. There is no customer service !That *** me off. They misrepresent themselves if they don't stand behind what they sell. Call a place first to feel out who they are before you buy online.

return calls . stuck with $195 bucks of crap 

 

lower control arms sent out were bad, they wont return calls and now im past there 30 day rule so im screwed.  

 

now i get to buy them from a parts store that actually cares

I agree with the comment by Barq. They sent me wrong order. Sent email three times, left messages numerous times (Just like Barq said waiting for a long time listening to on hold music then they will put me though to answering machine). This company is very very bad! Don't use them!!!
