I spent over 700 dollars and it went all down the drain with there messed up parts. I wish somebody will sue them for selling faulty parts.
This doesn't make any sense how they treat people. They take your money but don't want to give it back or give you good products.
When you call customer service they put you on hold for a long time or don't even answer the phone. 1288bac

| 2. Written by DiAnne Clark on September 24, 2011 from berea, ohio, US I ordered the wrong part in June and tried to cancel it about 15-20 minutes later. PartGeek refused to cancel my order. When i received it box in the mail, which I am positivewas empty because it only weighed a few ounces for a fuel pump. I did not accept shipment and returned the box. They notified me that they did receive it back, but it has not been returned to the warehouse. Told me I would get a refund. When I did not receive a refund for a few weeks and continued to email them. they said they would look into the refund. I filed a dispute with my bank (debit card) and got a provisional credit in June. Yesterday, 9/23/11, the provisonal credit was taken out of my account and I am now almost $200 in the hole. Bank will file another dispute, but money cannot be put in my account till it is settled. Went to police to file fraud and they said this is not fraud and I should just suck it up and take the loss. PartsGeek is a dishonest company taking people's money. Wonder what story they made up for the dispute. Bank never send me any documentation or explaination. D ![]() |
