After shipping me the wrong part, they refused to refund me due to the fact I returned the product via Priority mail and could not supply a tracking number/. Scam artists! I have sent 20 to 30 e-mail messages back and forth for the past week and a half?. Still waiting on my refund.. I can't even imagine being refunded for the return shipping either?. Alert the BBB and FTC if you've had similar issues with this company!. Do not accept poor customer service!. Protect yourself as a consumer and guard your hard-earned income,.
