Ordered an auto part from PartsGeek using their on-line order process. Two days later got an email from them that there was a problem supplying the part. After another two days they sent another email that the part was shipped". Four days later the part arrived/. The the next day another part arrived - same part?. The next day another.. Turns out all three are the same part, but the wrong part?. I have attemped to call their customer service number 1-800-541-9352, but all that happens is that you are placed on hold, then after a few minutes you are disconnected:. I have now called 3 times over two days;. I have been billed 3 times for the wrong part, they will not answer the phone and my car is still not working (obviously)and I am out $360|. Recommend you do not use PartGeek as they are a very unprofessional, unreliable business. 1288cb6

Thank God I entered my credit card information wrong because I tried and tried to call back to correct it but after 3 tries of being on hold for 15 minutes plus, I couldn't get a LIVE person...ever!!!Then I started looking for reviews. Thank you to everyone for your valuable reviews!
