I ordered two new front rotors for my Acura and was sent the wrong rotors on August 25.I found immediately it was impossible to get any type of response through phone or email.There return dept has no contact with the warehouse so my return went unnoticed! I had to supply them with my tracking number twice! Two months later I finally got a PARTIAL refund! Very poor customer service-as a matter of fact it should be illegal.They make it so impossible to return an item that maybe then you just wont! I am out $30 in shipping both ways.Stay AWAY from these CLOWNS. 1288cec
