| 1. Written by bri rea on August 17, 2011 from worcester, massachusetts, US Bought 3 parts from them. Only one was the correct part. I can't get them on the phone to ask them why I should have to pay shipping for their screw up. I guess I'll just put this one in the L column. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY" |
| 2. Written by SEND THEM YOUR MONEY ! ! NO P on August 9, 2011 from taunton, massachusetts, US They tell me that the good reviews outweigh the negative reviews.....???? There are only 3 100% positive reviews on their website. Research BBB and see why they are not listed with BBB.....too many open cases! Try getting your money back....oh boy! |

Written by Pissed Customer on August 9, 2011 from taunton, massachusetts, US Buyer Beware......read their terms very carefully.....and do yourself a favor and pay a buck or two more through a REAL internet company that has customer service and will pay you to return wrong parts shipped to you......simple...just dont buy from them! |
| 5. Written by dhdevine on May 13, 2011 from houston, texas, US This company is a sham. Had trouble with an over night ordere never arriving. You can not reach a live person, the 800 never answers and they will only respond via email. Each email takes over 24hrs for them to respond to. I finally had Amex alerted to cancel any order comming from them. Over all my years of restoring and oredring parts, these guys are the worst! |
