Tried for MONTHS to get my money from these cons.They will put you off with false promises until your credit card company refuses to file a dispute then IGNORE your calls,e-mails,collections. STAY AWAY !!! Wish someone would file a class action suit due to the disreguard of basic customer service. Lost more time than it's worth at this point so I want to WARN OTHERS and urge them to file there complaints as well. Maybe others will not fall into this trap as it gives a bad name to the online parts biz.Pass on this message. 1288f71

I purchased 4 brake rotors and 2 sets of pads to do my brakes. Wrong front rotors.  

 

Emailed a support ticket? only way to et a hold of someone?  

 

No answer back and its been a week. WTF? 

 

I should have read all of the compaints against this company 

 

All of us that has been screwed by partsgeek SHOULD file a class action lawsuit.. :(

I have the same exact problem: 

 

They Issued RA # for part. Then I don't hear from them. 

 

Contact them they said have no record of receiving defective part. 

 

Send tracking finally say they will issue credit. 

 

Back and forth and they still don't issue credit. 

 

Then they say will send check-which I never receive. 

 

Someone finally calls leaves arambling message and a return numbere. 

 

Of course no one ever ansers the phone-just rings and rings! 

 

Then I get e mails again about needing proof of delivery. 

 

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 

 

It's probably some guy working in his garage lauuging his way to the bank. 

 

STAY CLEAR!!!!!!
