Written by voidifopen on August 9, 2011 from philadelphia, pennsylvania, US I finally sent the parts back myself (and paid for it, even though it was their fault I had the wrong parts) 3-4 more days passed of me calling and emailing them. I finally had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charges. 3-4 weeks later I finally have my money back, thanks to my credit card company. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will gladly pay more to shop anywhere else. |
