I recently purchased vent shades (for the side windows) for my 2011 Sonata and when they arrived they were for a 2006+ Sonata. How an auto parts store does not know there was a major design change is beyond me...this is the business they are in? Now they will not reply to my email or answer the phone. Funny how they will process your credit card in minutes but take weeks...if at all to correct their mistake. I DO NOT RECOMEND doing business with this company. This was my first time and my last ordering from this store. 1288f9f

I finally sent the parts back myself (and paid for it, even though it was their fault I had the wrong parts) 3-4 more days passed of me calling and emailing them. I finally had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charges. 3-4 weeks later I finally have my money back, thanks to my credit card company. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will gladly pay more to shop anywhere else.
