In June 2010 I purchased 2 oxygen sensors for my
Mini Cooper one which turned out to be defective. I returned it to Parts Geek via UPS with an RMA# they provided. Three weeks later I e-mailed them to check on my return, they said they had no record of the return. I gave them the tracking #, the person, date and time of the Parts Geek employee who signed for the returned item. That was the last I heard from them. No part, no refund, nothing! I'm out $140.00. I have called many times and e-mailed them many times. Nothing! 1288ffd
