I ordered a window regulator with motor for my 2003 Trailblazer. This company shipped me a regulator without a motor that would fit a 70s model. After trying for two hours to call them, I finally decided to try to contact them through their website. That was when I realized that they do not pay for return shipping on parts regardless of who made the error. This is BS! I called my credit card company immediately and stopped payment. From now on, I will be sending my business to a reputable company. My advice to anyone considering doing business with Parts Geek is to do so at your own risk. I've learned my lesson. 12891d1
