I ordered part off of their online service. In their description field was the make, model, year, and engine size that I had so I ordered the part. It was wrong. When I laid the part I took off of the truck next to the part they sent there was no comparison. I took a side by side pic of both parts and called their customer service and left a message to call me back and asking where I could send the pic. They never called back. Two months passed... Do not buy from them. Sent wrong part, I contacted via email. They asked for pictures, even after I showed them the pictures the refused to acknowledge they sent the wrong part. Wanted a restocking fee and me to pay shipping for the return. It was only a seven dollar part out of a 100 dollar purchase. Will not answer their 1-800 number. Do not buy from them. Ordered parts from PartsGeek web site. Never linked out to FreeShipping.com however, I just noticed on my credit card statement everytime I placed an order from ParrsGeek Freeshipping.com charged me a $12.97 charge. Freeshipping.com CS rep stated I had to have filled out their info page and agreed to join their membership program. I informed the CS I never gave anyone my credit card data except Partsgeek. I was sent the wrong part from this company twice. Poor customer service, and they don't even have the part for my vehicle. Now I have been waiting for the return of my money. What a rip off.

It took 10 days for an express shipping to arrive. I ordered Bumper brackets for a C10 Pickup that comes as a 5 piece order. I only received 1 part and when I called customer service they told me they would take care of it. Never heard anything back and called again the next day. Parts Geek sent me the wrong part. I follow their explicit instructions on how to return the wrong part. Two months later & numerous emails, they still won't credit my checking account. One email they sent me asking to take a picture of the part (that I had returned a month ago!) Big scam/fraud/ holding on to my $50.93 for the wrong tail light that they sent me. I ordered 2 parts and I received only one. When I called to put a complain they said it takes 7 days for the processing. I called on the next week and no customer service they leave waiting for so long and if somebody picks up they hang up right away ( very funny company) .. i ordered a part which i got, but after a month i found a charge on my account for $37.95 from AutoPriceDiscounts.com. When i called them, i was told to leave a message and will be called back. i also called Partsgeek, which told me they have nothing to do with them. I purchased an AC compressor kit from Parts Geek and it failed. I ended up have to purchase another kit in order to return the original part because my truck has only one belt and removing the part to get a refund was not an option. Once the 2nd part arrived I had to pay for a 2nd install ($150) and shipping ($25) because their emailed printing label would not print only to return the part and they tell me that it is going to take 7 to 10...
