Verified ReviewerI want to make sure my creditcard I'd create for the return parts unopened, that I refused to take from FedEx. I glad I happened to be on the porch when the FedEx driver arrived.

User's recommendation: I would recommend Parts Geek. I was satisfied with a prior purchase. Mistakes can happen. I'm not upset,vwith the company. It was a mistake.
Understand Policy's
Parts Geek policy states that you can only return full kit, this is not right on these parts. Usually you schedule jobs like this with your mechanic to install.
This is what I did and when the mechanic open the so-called kit the front rotors were not shipped correct, and they do not belong in this kit. I had my mechanic complete the job less the two front rotors. Thinking with their shipping error they would take care of the issue. NOPE NOT WITH PARTS GEEK policy.
Even with them causing the error shipping wrong rotors. My refund should have been between 50 and 75 dollars due to the cost of the rotors sold separately. The problem was they sent wrong parts in the kit I ordered. This companies customer service department is horrible the most unprofessional team I have ever dealt with.
I was talked over on the phone I was hung up on and when I asked for the customer service Manager name they refused to give men a name. I use this site to save money while unemployed during this time. So, yet I lost money and dealing with people trained to not listen to their customers.
EVERYONE PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THIS SITE. Wayne Bouchard 603-520-****..
