I ordered a left and a right brake caliper for my truck, along with other parts. Everything in my order was correct except I received two(2) left brake calipers. Contacted the company and they are trying to tell me that's what I ordered. So I sent them a screenshot of my Order. (Enclosed below) they're trying to say I ordered it and can purchase the right part and return the wrong part. In the meantime my truck is on blocks in a relative's driveway. They're also saying that an investigation will be opened and will take several days for them to get back to me when I gave them proof.

Mistake of two sets of parts instead of one. Parts came as a set . I was misled, by customer service, on the phone when ordering. I was told the parts were 58.00 each rather than a pair of rotors.

Understand Policy's

Parts Geek policy states that you can only return full kit, this is not right on these parts. Usually you schedule jobs like this with your mechanic to install.

This is what I did and when the mechanic open the so-called kit the front rotors were not shipped correct, and they do not belong in this kit. I had my mechanic complete the job less the two front rotors. Thinking with their shipping error they would take care of the issue. NOPE NOT WITH PARTS GEEK policy.

Even with them causing the error shipping wrong rotors. My refund should have been between 50 and 75 dollars due to the cost of the rotors sold separately. The problem was they sent wrong parts in the kit I ordered. This companies customer service department is horrible the most unprofessional team I have ever dealt with.

I was talked over on the phone I was hung up on and when I asked for the customer service Manager name they refused to give men a name. I use this site to save money while unemployed during this time. So, yet I lost money and dealing with people trained to not listen to their customers.

If this is the type of customer service this company gives customers, how are they still in business?? Out of 4 people I have previously spoken to, only one young lady had her act together. I have been cordial, never angry. I tried this company because I try to keep businesses going during these difficult times. Sorry, with all due respect, I wont use PartsGeek ever again, sad. I will send email with pictures of wrong parts sent.
