I ordered cab 3 cab corners by mistake first two times I called they said they would send return label I got nothing 3rd time I called guy was real rude said he couldn't give me a return label that I would have to pay to send them back I did pay for shipping them back never heard a dam word

I ordered a black driver left side grille for a 2004 BMW on May 26, 2006. My order number is 15-6770****. Instead I received a chrome colored driver left grille. I went online and filled out a request for a rma number about 2 weeks again. I was contacted by text that someone would contact me and to take a photo of box, product and sales slip. I was not given directions on how or where to send it. No one has contacted me. I need a rma number so I can return for a refund or correct product.
