Question about return

Phone rang 3 times then went to busy signal. My question is: which service to use when shipping my return. USPS as well as UPS quoted $55 which is only 56 cents less than I paid for item, tax and shipping combined. I am just curious if you might have a suggestion. Thank you, Jeffrey Steele

Won’t be using this Company ever again

I waited on hold for 15 min to be disconnected and then went to call back to speak to a rude customer service Rep and they wont send me the money- and hung up on me after they sent the wrong parts

DECEITFUL business FRAUDULENT business

Sent for part.wrong part.talked to like *** from guy for a reason.then instead of just shipping it back to San bernadino where it came from for 9 $ I have to send it all the way to New York for 100$ the part was 65$. Even the postal workers called that a scam sending me to the postal inspector. Starting with bbb tommorow and auto consumer complaint.. That is DECEITFUL and unfair tactics to avoid a return. Since I feel I can show cause small claims tommorow as well. Never again and for the rest of my life I will bad talk this fup company.

I did not receive any of my parts I have been waiting now almost a month to get my car fixed I have been trying to reach someone for the last week I got a email asking me to take a survey on how my parts were I never even received a email saying that they had been delivered

Every thang i read i believe, they want me to pay to return a item.i haven't received the item as of yet, but I'm looking for the worst to happen. I'm a retired Marine, served my country and i live to serve and protect. This hurts, that my own people are worst then the people i fault against. Very Sad
