To dispute a canceled order

I was expecting order # 16-0510*-***47 to arrive in the mail, however, I got an email message saying that I had canceled the order, but I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER. I researched the claim, and came up with cancellation# 518995****. I don't know who authorized the cancellation, but it was not me. I have since reorder the part. Please do not cancel the order again, as I need the part to complete my project.

IMPORTANT GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. I ordered a couple of radiator hoses. Of course they did not work. wrong hose, bad design, never the less they dont fit. I cant get anyone on the phone to get an RMA.

There was a technical glitch when I put my order in and they said they were not able to process my order. So I went else where, then later they told me I bought a starter, I had another already ordered. They told me it was already shipped, I would have to wait for tracking order, then call fed ex and have it stopped. Still waiting on tracking order, it wasn't shipped out yet they could of stopped it. Mike
