Assuming you paid with a credit card, just dispute the charge with the card company and go from there.

i ordered a part for a dodge they sent a part for a ford when i called to get help was told i had to pay to return the part and that another item that was ordered was never ordered the customer service reps hung up on me several times when asked about the right part guarantee. still no help called 10 times in a row. calling credit card company tomorrow and cancelto another online store the payment if no help

I’ve not received my legitimate refund for 15-6644****.

I waited and nothing has happened. I contacted customer service and an individual ensured it would refund by 6/11/2020. It has not. Many times I now contacted customer service only to be cut off Each time after on hold for for about 10 minutes.

I don't think this was done intentional because mistakes happen however this is the same mistake, make me feel like producing great customer service and products are becoming extinct

I ordered sparkplugs and wires for my 2002 Mercury cougar v6 I received plugs and wires for a four cylinder. Re ordered sparkplugs and wires and received five spark plugs. Altogether we are at 130 and still can't perform a proper time up. I will take it as a lost because I am not sending the parts back to you. I will never use parts geek again. I will definitely let it be known throughout Yelp and social media because there are consumers who work very hard their incomes. The action that should be taken is refunding the $130 and parts should be shipped overnight for free. I understand protocol however as a consumer you guys dropped the ball

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEYI ordered parts for my car, They charged my credit card and kept me waiting for 2 days, then the cancelled the order... It was not in stock.

WHY THE WEBSITE IS SHOWING THAT MY PARTS ARE AVAILABLE THEN? WASTING MY TIME???????That's not all.

They are supposed to reimburse me with the price of parts + Tax only NOT THE SHIPMENT FEE!!WHY???? I haven't received any merchandise or serviceTHAT'S WASTE OF MONEY.

I paid them to ship my parts UPS overnight. I got half my parts over a week later and the rest was sent to the Post Office and I had to drive 20 miles to pick them up. Their service department said that they had no control over how parts were shipped even though they took my money to ship overnight. These guys are the worst. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional hacks!
