Receive the wrong part. Have request for refund. Send the part back and cost me in shipping $28.84 which I lost with mechanic cost. They refund only to me the cost of the part. Will NOT purchase from them any part that require to return the core back to the. At the end, it will cost you more. Better purchase in AMAZON or Ebay with free shipping. I read reviews. Im batting 50% but that not a good percentage as parts arent cheap. Im a business owner myself and hiring good help is always tough. Although the shippling company is terrible, PG is responsible as the transaction is wih PG not the shipper. You have no claim agsinst the shipper. I received a power steering hose assembly that had been damaged as they packaged it. I contacted them, they asked for pictures of the damage and replaced the part as soon as I sent them the pictures. I was worried after reading these negative reviews but they were very accommodating and took care of the damaged part quickly. I ordered a transfer case housing for a 2003 1500HD July 23th. The item set in the box unopened until this week. The retaining clip groove does not line up as it should for proper fitment. The same item, same Dorman part number and everything had to me ordered from another parts house and it worked perfectly. I ordered 2 items for my car. Total came to $ 180 delivered. They send an "order approval " email. As though taking my money is lucky for ME. Next, they bill my credit card, remove the money from my bank account and tell me via email " Blah blah, blah, blah etc. " To include shipments can be delayed. Ordered a right rear breaklight and they sent the left light. I emailed and they said to send the part back and emailed me a shipping label. They say to have the RMA number on the box, well the RMA number is on the shipping label which is on the box! Now theyre saying i wont get a refund for their mistake! received wrong part, spent 7 times more than the cost of the product plus the cost of the part to send it back. pointless part cost 9.95 to ship to me then cost me over 75.00 to ship this item back may have been a good deal for the part and shipping but you will pay the price if you are shipped a wrong part. never again will i waste my time with this company. not much else to say i would advise anyone to think twice about doing business with...
