Upon arrival of my starter from PartsGeeks I was excited but when I opened the package the plastic housing was broken, well initially I wanted to return the product but decided to keep it as the broken piece wouldnt affect the man in function so I wanted to thank them for full cooperation and easy return.

I ordered a sill plate and when it came in it was light gray instead of dark grey (my fault). I did not notice until it was installed. I got a RMA to return it and they said they would not pay return shipping since I got what I had ordered. Understand that completely. I still returned the part at my expense. Then got an email denying the refund since I had installed it. I said oh well I was not happy but just send my part back. Now telling me no refund and will not send part back. Where I am from that is theft. Took my money and I get nothing. Will never do business with these people again.

I ordered a lot apart from this company and my order was delivered without all my parts and the parts came in dont fit my car and they dont want to send my parts labels to me like they said they would when I ordered my parts. I am so *** off right now.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They did a partial refund but not until I had to deal with a major inconvenience to get the parcel returned.

I have never had that much trouble with a return ever.

Products do showup broken or with problems but the return service was horrible. Won't happen again because I will never order from parts geek again.

Need to exchange part does not fit

I put in the details of my car and they gave me 4 parts to choose from so I ordered the part when it got here it was not for my car and they said I have to pay to ship it back it will be 14 business days before I got a refund them another 7 days to order part again that's 3 weeks with no car its unfortunit because I order from here alot but no more they could of just did an exchangei

I ordered parts for a 2012 Ram 2500 and they just send you parts for a 2018 and up Ram. Cant get a hold of customer support.

I ordered a set of tow mirror turn signal pods for a 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn. Parts geek ships a set for a 2018 + up Ram 2500. Parts don't innerchange thats a new body style and they dont have tow mirrors. What is your problem Parts Geek

As you can see they lied to me about putting my core money back on my debit card. Did the email of proof that they signed it would take two to four days and it's been well past 2 to 4 days and they still haven't returned my money and everybody that I have spoken to has given me the runaround

I ordered a part. Order got canceled for what reason no one knows. It was deducted from my account on 12/24. I still haven't got refund. You took from my account on 24th but I gave to sit and wait till you put it in my account. I should have it by now. This is bull.

I ordered a fuel pump from part geek and never get a confirmation from my card.
