More Less are thieves plain and simple. After looking around the web, it looks like spend more time settling complaints than selling parts - I wish I would have done the research before I did business with shysters - anyway - looks like I'll have some fun today on all the blogs and working with commerce departments in several states. In June 2010 I purchased 2 oxygen sensors for my Mini Cooper one which turned out to be defective. I returned it to Parts Geek via UPS with an RMA# they provided. Three weeks later I e-mailed them to check on my return, they said they had no record of the return. I gave them the tracking #, the person, date and time of the Parts Geek employee who signed for the returned item. That was the last I heard from them. No part, no refund, nothing!... Read more

If you consider ordering online parts from this business DON'T! When a consumer places and order and an issue arrises....good luck with trying to contact a service rep. The consumer is put through a automated phone prompted system, after 6-8 minutes of waiting "on hold to speak to a representative", the consumer is forwarded to a voicemail box.
