Terrible customer service if you can talk to a human within 10 minutes,promise return package today,never came. ILL STICK WITH PELICAN. The rep instructed me on how to properly return my part, but was easily irritated & not friendly whatsoever. I appreciate the information given, but I rather do business with someone that's not so "put off" by my call & inquiry. Maybe she had a bad day, but that should be put aside & customers should be treated with respect & kindness.

Parts geek cost me money!

I ordered driver side rear view mirror for a 2011 chevy cruze and spent 10 bucks to have it shipped. They sent me a passenger side mirror for a 2011 ford focus and now i have to spend another 10 bucks to ship it back. So in the end i will have spent 20 bucks on shipping and still need the new part so i just threw 20 bucks away. Not to mention that the box was mangled when i recieved it.

Placed order for drums and rotors. Order was approximately $330. Wrong product received. $200 to ship back. Had to ship to NY from west coast. This is BS and last order for PG and I will express my opinion as often as I can to vent my frustration. Customer Service non existent. Never again. Impossible to get a hold of a person. Went through the website trying to communicate with someone but could not. Everything is automated with zero effort put towards customer satisfaction. I would recommend anyone needing heavy items to procure locally or at least with a company that will own up to their mistakes and make it right. Doing business with Parts Geek cost $200 plus the BS of shipping the product back

Spent $800 on headlights and one has moisture in it after just over a year:l. And won’t replace it because just over a year. $800 headlights should last 10 years! They couldn’t care less about the customers! Spent a lot of other money there. Never again!
