Awful.

Wrong part, no way to return it unless I pay $284 out of pocket in postage. I'm stuck with this incorrect part, and I lost $110 plus I'm stuck with a huge truck grill that fits nothing I own. Do not do business with this company.

Attempted to resolve by asking if they could generate a return label at their cost ($50 instead of my $284) and their answer was no. They told me to check with other shipping carriers.

Their wording: "Please check with all shipping providers or keep the parts and do what you will with them. There is nothing further that can be done with this order."

Thanks but no thanks, I don't "keep parts" that don't fit my vehicle. What a ridiculous thing to say.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

PartsGeek Cons: Stuck with wrong part and lost money, Returns policy sucks.
