Ordered a New CV axle for my 4Runner at 10 PM three weeks ago. My account was debited at that hour, part arrived in a taped up, torn box.
Once opened the part was obviously damaged, I called Fedex and returned the part as, "refused", so I didn't have to pay for shipping twice. Partsgeek has received the part back, but is refusing to refund my $$.
I am disputing the charge with my bank, USAA has the best customer service and I won't have to deal with scam artists like Partsgeek. Buyer beware!
