I ordered an intake gasket for a 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass, and got some weird truck intake gasket, with the shrink wrap intact, but so worn, it must have been wrong and returned a hundred times, because the package shows the correct part number for the application and my order. I am a business person who does customer service all day, so I know what good service is, and not being responsible for your mistakes is NOT IT.

One cost of doing business is owning the problems. It will cost more for me to ship the gasket back, so NEVER AGAIN, Parts Geek.

You have my $40, but will never see another penny. What you will see is 40 bad reviews, where ever I can find a place to complain about you.

I sent them photos, and in 2 weeks, Partsgeek issued a refund, without my having to return the boxed-wrong gasket set. So take heart, pissed consumer, they MAY do the right thing for you, even though they say "No Refunds".
