I ordered two of the same wheels. Due to a fulfillment error on their part, I received from them one correct wheel and one incorrect wheel. I called and asked them if i could send the wrong one back and when they receive it send me the correct one that i ordered. I ordered shoes, drums, hardware kit for a rear brake job for my 2002 dodge Durango. ive bought from these guys before and never had an issue. all parts came fast as usual. I go to start the job and find out the shoes (even though there site said they fit) did not sit inside level and would not fit. Immediately after placing an order I realized I did not want it any longer due to bad reviews and found a better option elsewhere. I tried to leave a message, since it was after hours, but got stuck on an endless loop message saying that they were not available--no option to leave a message. Fine. Ordered a small part for my truck. I received a front grill to a Toyota Corolla. The return process is a joke. They put YOU to work and require you to complete a form, take photos, send emails, invoice numbers (although they already have them based on phone number look up). I placed an order on January 6, and received confirmation of my order. An hour later I got an email stating my payment had been verified/successful, and they would be shipping soon. On January 9, I received an email from PartsGeek stating they were out of stock for what I had ordered and that they had refunded my payment but it would take 3-4 days for the refund to appear on my statement (which is normal). I ordered four fenders for my vehicle. The website showed all four in stock so I placed an order online. I received an email stating that one of the front fenders was not in stock. I ordered a part from Parts Geek, a part that does not fit my vehicle arrived. After doing some further investigation I found out that PartsGeek does not pay return shipping even is the Fault is theirs. Ordered a timing belt kit for my Acura in March 2016. Received parts kit and kept them until my car logged the proper mileage. The day before Christmas, I left my car and parts at the local Acura dealer and was told they would have my car back by that afternoon so I would have it for the Christmas weekend. I ordered a tank for my project truck 89 f-150. Ordered the tank half based of the picture being correct. bad idea. Mis labeled picture and item. Received the tank today, it's a front tank, not rear apparently. no refund unless i pay for shipping. not happy.
