I purchased 3@ body mounts for my truck and only received two. I was anxiously waiting for these parts and when I received my package and opened it up I noticed it was one part short.
I then took a picture of the package which could only accommodate two parts with their bubble wrap and notified them, they said they investigate and contact me, two weeks and two emails later they deny their fault and told me if I want a refund I have to return ( A PART I NEVER RECEIVED). They also on another occasion they sent me a part that I tried to cancel after 6- 7 minutes; denied my cancellation request and told that the part had already shipped and now I'm disputing with them about having to pay for return shipping.

- Seem desperate for sales and will send you a product even if you try to cancel and will inconvenience you

Verified Reviewer |Purchased three ac delco expansion tanks to finally receive one that doesn't leak coolant at the seam.
The 2nd defective plastic expansion coolant tank began leaking at the seam immediately upon filling after installation. The third tank purchased finally worked out.
This was frustrating for both the technician and the customer.
Now, I'll attempt to get refunded for the two defective units. Thank you.

Wrong parts arrived. Shipped back exact same parts with nothing removed.
Return denied due to "missing manufacturer packaging".
Impossible scenario, product returned in exact configuration recieved. Customer service wouldn't budge and denied my return.

Only half the order came in, the hinges did not ship says it was delivered on the 12th, we never received the order or heard any more from them. Order-18-1********, SKU(961-026A961-027) We have had to go and buy the parts from the dealer and have the truck fixed because it was impossible to get in the truck.

I got a quote on parts for my car from their tech. I ordered exactly what the tech suggested.
I received three wrong parts and never received several of the parts I ordered and paid for.
Absolutely no resolution after several chats and calls. The people with whom I spoke were not English speakers.

Horrible customer service. Ordered brake pad and rotor kit a few months ago to do this summer, living in New England needed better weather.
Website stated it was the correct set for my car. Go to do they and they are too large. Seems there are three different options for my car they didnt offer me. Since its outside the 30 day window would not accept a return and they would not budge on it despite it being their error with wrong website description.
They said it doesnt matter that it was their fault, its outside 30 days and hung up on me. I am fuming.
They are crooks. Dont trust this company

EXCELLENT PARTS
I ordered headlamps for my 2004 Toyota Avalon. The parts arrived in a couple of days, were OEM and the customer service was impeccable.
This will be my new go to for my auto parts.
She has a 119k miles and rolling like a champ. Thanks Parts Geek.

Do not honor warranty
Worst company there is would never buy from them again they give you a complete run around I'm am talking to ebay management to have them removed as a seller on ebay do not buy anything from them

The rack and pinion I received has the same problem as the old one, and they won't help me or answer the phone. The rack and pinion is new yet has something inside of it making noises and causes turning to be very difficult at times.

Now they say could be up to 10 days .

I waited over a week for an item to ship and then tried to cancel. They said it is their policy to only allow cancellations within an hour of ordering.
They provided a tracking number then said it is a generic number and not the number under which my item will ship. That is sleazy.

Never received my part. Was never notified. Was horrific service. I will never recommend your company or use again. Your service rep was very nice. But other than that your company sucks .

Are you nuts. Youre not that kind of company. Ill go back to Amazon for my parts.
And pay a few more bucks but ? At least I know it will be delivered and when Im told its going to be delivered.
