Verified ReviewerPG not only cheated me out of a lot of money they also wasted more than 5 hours of my time and the problem still has not been fixed!
Customer service was unreachable after four attempts (two failed callbacks, one disconnected queue call, and one closed-office disconnect).
My package arrived opened.
Incorrect parts were included (duplicate left-side solenoid, right-side solenoid).
A major item, the Ignition Coil Set with Plugs, was missing.
Tracking information was inaccurate, showing delivery six days earlier than actual.
These issues combinedcustomer service failures, shipping errors, missing product, and inaccurate trackingare unacceptable and must be addressed promptly.
Preferred solution: a no-hassle PG covered partial refund of the unordered part, and send me the part that was missing from the delivered opened package.

I ordered parts from them a month ago. After two weeks of not getting anything, I contacted them.
Customer service assured me that it was shipped and on the way, even though when I asked, they couldn't give me the date it was shipped. The tracking shows the parts never left their warehouse. I filed a claim for the missing parts after about three weeks. After about a month, they marked it as delivered and closed my claim.
The tracking still shows that FedEx never had the package in their possession and that it was still at the Parts Geek warehouse. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau yesterday. Parts Geek's customer service is horrible and very dishonest. The only reason I gave them a one-star rating is that you can't give them a no-star rating.
I got ripped off for $85.90. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

Refunded partial amount
Ordered a muffler from PartsGeek in early May 2025, cost $157. Received a box 2x the size, with almost no padding inside.
Box delivered by UPS was partially open at seams, and had a small hole corresponding to some scratches on the muffler. But the muffler had scratches ALL OVER it, and was dented in 2 places an inch deep. Obviously NOT damged in transit, and PartsGeek sent me a seriously damaged part. When I complained, their first reponse was to return it at MY COST.
UPS wanted $200, saying the box was too large. PartsGeek did not want to pay this any more than I did, so their 2nd response was to send a return label for FedEx. PartsGeek then refunded my money exactly 1 month later, minus $11. No explanation.
Which part of this exactly was my fault? Apparently, when they send a damaged part to a customer and the customer is not satisfied, that customer is being unreasonable, and must be penalised.
Told them if they dont refund the $11 penalty fee, I would post this review on a number of complaint websites. They did not respond, so here we are.

I used the chat to order parts, gave them my VIN for part order, they gave me a link to purchase the parts which I did, I purchased the parts and they do not fit my vehicle. They said I ordered the wrong parts, I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee.
This company is a scam.
They sold me the wrong parts for $500 and will not accept a return and refund my money. In their return list there isn't even an option for parts don't fit or in correct part was sold, every option for your return is your fault.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I'm not sure if it is 'normal' practice for this company to make it's customers go through hoops when returning an item and then tell them, it's no deal and make them go through more hoops, although with this company I would suggest to 'cut to the chase' and file a dispute with the source by which they were funded... like PayPal, visa, etc.
I sent pictures proving it was not the right part.
In reading countless reviews, this is a common theme where returns are concerned even if it is Part Geeks error. There is a back and forth game that is played where the customer gets nowhere fast.
Bottom line, it's a hit and miss with this company ...there many other sellers out there, so save yourself the hassle and shop where there are confirmed, reputable return policies.

I lost $30.00. They won't answer the phone, want to call you back.
I purchased a shift cable for a Ford, what was shown on the internet, and what they sent was 2 different cables. I had to pay the return shipping.

Want to know where my order is, order #30-1396****. It said it was delivered today, and I don't have it and didn't get it.
Last time I ordered from you, you sent my pkg to D101 when it was supposed to be D105. I manually typed the address so this wouldn't happen again.

Terrible service for return
Ordered a tail light assembly for our Kia it doesnt match the other side I contacted them to return it, I was sent instructions but no shipping label. So I attempted to contact call them by phone , could not talk to anyone so I reached out to customer service on line.
All I wanted was a shipping label or a QR code to return the item. They refused and said it was our fault and we would have to pay for the shipping. The instructions they sent said nothing of this. I have reached out repeatedly to no avail.
Ive never dealt with a worse company with NO customer service! Praying we get our refund![]()

*** ripped me off, I returned the part even payed FedEx to ship it back, they received it the next day, that's been 2 weeks ago haven't received my money or a email from the mother *** garentee I'll never use them parts geek rip offs again and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know not to plus I'll post stuff

Their terms of service CLEARLY state the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. And why would you worry about getting a refund? As long as it’s been no more than 30 days, item is in original packing and was never used or installed, they provide 100% refund.
