September 14th I ordered fuel injectors for my Nissan truck. When they came in I installed them and sent the old ones back in the original box to the address they came from.

A month later I still had not got my core credit so I called them. They said to wait another another month until my next statement came in. Still no refund the next month so I called and emailed them. They asked if I had pt the RMA number on the outside of the box so I could get credit.

There was no RMA number inside the box. They sent me a RMA number on December 3rd. A little late don't you think? Here it is December 30th and I still have no credit.

Looks like I will have to make lots of complaints to get something done. I belong to a car club with 100's of members so I'll bring it up in the next meeting as I have been more than fair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

PartsGeek Cons: Poor service on core refunds.

Location: Lakeland, Florida
