Sorry I took Customer Service Representative’s advice

Even though a customer service representative advised which Bosch fuel pump to purchase, they are now blaming me for choosing the wrong fuel pump. This gets them out of paying for return shipping.
Its also funny that they have pulled that Bosch fuel pump from their web site.

It listed that the inlet was 810mm. If you multiply that times.03937 (1mm) they were saying the inlet was 31.8897.

Part not delivered here

I never received my part from you and I was never able to reach anyone. I still need the part, and I'm not happy!

It must have been delivered by irresponsible people. They placed it on the wrong address at 10:30 pm. They probably couldn't even see where they were putting it. Who delivers at that time of night?

UPS still has not reached out, so I don't know what the heck is going on. I will give you all a few more days, then I'm done!

All I was trying to do was to find out how to return a part that did not fit. It took an hour and a half to finally get to talk to someone who had such an extreme accent. I couldnt understand anything he said totally ridiculous.
