I received a defective part, but due to the lengthy return and replacement process The auto shop tie wrapped it together so we could use it. I received an E-mail from Part geeks stating they had reviewed my problem and would call me or E-mail me by 8-3.

It is now 8-8-16 and no call or additional contact. Great prices , but very poor customer service. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to talk to. Then thy want you to write a 100 word book on the problem before they will look at your problem.

Completely asinine service and support. but who cares any more.
