Had to uninstall old part to get to problem......could not tell that the part that was sent did not fit.....had to open package...now we find out that an opened package is assumed to have been installed improperly...we never got that far and now we are out $40...they assured us we could return part if it did not fit. I want to send you photo of the broken part and the new part..how do I do that.
