I was looking for a part and found Parts Geek. I entered my car info and was told what part I needed by their site.

I ordered the part and when it got here it was wrong. I asked to return the part and was told I needed to pay the freight charge to send back. They were the ones that told me whicjh part I needed for my car and was sent the wrong part. I am not going to pay to send back a part that they sent that was wrong for my car with no guarantee I would get a refund on my original and return freight.

Luckily it was a $9 part and the freight to get it to me was $9 so I am not out much. I am glad that I found out how they did business on an inexpensive part. I will not use them again and will chock this up as a learning experience with this company. Would not recommend at all.

When I asked about why I needed to pay to return a wrong part that they shipped to me they have not even bothered to respond. Disappointing customer service.

I didn't like: Problem resolution process, No service at all.
