Ordered a single part from Parts Geek, which was to ship within 1 or 2 business days. Not having received a shipping notification, I attempted to reach them on their 800 number (6 attempts), which is a recording.

Never was able to be connected to a human. I have entered an email inquiry but have not received a response. The company charged my credit card on the day I entered the order, which means they received monies for a product they have not shipped.

Based upon my experience, and the many additional complaints listed on this site, I would join the many that are committed to never again subject myself to doing business with this company. Absolutely the worst online experience todate!!!

Stay away from Parts

I ordered two front fender liners for my 2003 VW Golf. After a week I inquired about my order and they replied with a comment the parts were out of stock.

I went back to the Parts Ggeek website and the parts I ordered were shown as being in stock. I hope the credit they promised shows up on my account :?
