Parts where ordered from your company in early November (Parts # 642503251...) Where is the order or my refund? I contact customer service and the reply was that the parts requested were out of stock and that the order has been canceled.
I've waited the 1-2 weeks for a backorder just in case, but no results. It's been more than 3 or 4 days and your company has not refunded my account as stated in your email to me dated November 30, 2017 I've been waiting a month. I am driving my car to and from work, the driver side sit is in a decline position touching the back seat it truly is a pain trying to drive.
I'd even be please if you would check to see if the parts I ordered is now in stock. Regards, Aaron Gladney
