Parts where ordered from your company in early November (Parts # 642503251...) Where is the order or my refund?I contact customer service and the reply was that the parts requested were out of stock and that the order has been canceled.
I've waited the 1-2 weeks for a backorder just in case, but no results. It's been more than 3 or 4 days and your company has not refunded my account as stated in your email to me dated November 30, 2017 I've been waiting a month. I am driving my car to and from work, the driver side sit is in a decline position touching the back seat it truly is a pain trying to drive.
I'd even be please if you would check to see if the parts I ordered is now in stock.Regards, Aaron Gladney
