I tried to place an order on their 1-800 number, as ordering the wrong parts costs extra and slows my mechanics.The guy was very unhelpful and rude.
He then hung up as he could not be bothered to answer my query. He really did not care if he sold a single product, in fact it seems that he was happier to just cancel the call as he would still be paid. Do not use these people, they need to get better employees! I then called back, in case he had not hung up and the line had become disconnected and he hung up deliberately.
I was never rude, I just wanted to order parts!I will not be ordering from them again and I recommend that others do not use them either.
