Ordered a part online at 11pm. I tried to immediately cancel it since I realized I ordered the wrong one.

Their customer service form was offline so I sent a fax. Then I called in the morning, but they don't answer the phone. I Submitted a form and they still shipped it anyhow. Now I will have to pay 15% restock fee and shipping both ways.

What Lousy service, it should be simple to cancel an order with that much notice. Why order from them when you can order from someone who has a better system and isn't a black hole.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
