Ordered three parts, 1 part tracking number created but never shipped.Called UPS and they said they did not receive item for shipment.
Contacted "customer service" via e-mail and got generic responses nothing directly related to the issue I was having, no customer service phone number to call. Filed dispute with credit card company to get refund since Partsgeek really not interested in resolving.
Partsgeek is nothing but a middleman and has no warehouses of it's own.They use various wholesale vendors throughout the country mostly "Worldpac" There are plenty of other companies doing the same thing with much better customer service "R--k Auto" much better if you have problem with shipping, defective parts, returns and core returns
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of wont buy from them again. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of exhaust pipe and associated monetary loss in the amount of $130. Partsgeek needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
