I ordered a power steering pump and turns out I didnt need it. Went through the process of returning the part.

Mailed priority on 3-27-12, emailed asking about my return and they tell me they have no way of knowing if it was returned because they cant see if it ever was returned. How will they ever be able ot issue a refund if they have no clue if my part is there? Just a way to stall the process and make the customer jump through hoops to get their money.

What a poor business. This is the only and last time I will ever do business via partsgeek..
