"Absolute worst company ever. The sent the wrong part and made me pay for return shipping and a restocking fee!!

Over a month and still no refund. No customer service. The 800 line is ***...no one ever picks up. I wish I would have read some review before I used this pathetic company.

Check it out BEFORE you purchase here. After only a few minutes on the web you will see this company is a scam!!!" I found complaint after complaint with customers have the exact same problem. Parts Geek is a scam. If they do not have the part they send the wrong one and make you pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

They come out ahead every time. Just look in the web and you will see hundreds of customer who were scammed.

I have reported the to the BBB. I hope they take action soon before other customer get burned!!!

Just received a set of struts with nothing to indicate which one was driver or passenger side. I called and all they wanted to do was to review the order.

Then I was told they're interchangeable! They can go on either side!

After several calls trying to explain to them that this was not so I finally got to someone that actually knew the difference and was able to give me the number to look for. No more Geek for me.

same issue, ordered parts and they claims they were delivered by UPS but my receiving department has no record of the box being dropped off. Opened ticket but only received pre written response telling me to check my front porch for the box even though i live in a highrise building.

All these people do is drop ship from other companies and they do not even try to help when things get lost. Will never use again.

Was looking in to a tail gate for my c10 $ 87.00 good ...no shiping is $130 for a thing that is 30 lb I had a whole motor shift was only $350 had to have a liftgate home delivery that cost extra what a joke Mark the price down ? Rape you on the shipping

Parts geek is SH&* I ordered 3 items at the same same time, I received one Item (damaged) and the other two are MIA im not happy!

They SUCK... Being they don't ask about the engine type when you look up parts proves they are in business to send incorrect parts.

This way they get the extra shipping money and a 15% re-stock fee. The part they ripped me off on now says 'out of stock'. they are probably waiting for me to send it back so hey can re-sell it.

Yep They SUCK.. They won't cancel my order even though it didn't ship yet.

Part stated it fit my vehicle. After emailing with Cust Serv for a day they admitted it doesn't fit. It's the wrong part for my vehicle. they want re-stock fee and return shipping.

I'm trashing the part so they can't resell for the 15% profit of re-stock. It was 23.95 + 8.95 ship and 1.95 insurance. It will cost me to send it back and hope for refund top get about $9 total back.

I'd rather rash it and not deal with them on the refund. Also

Stay FAR FAR away from this company!! I ordered a radiator (which the website claimed to have 4 on hand) and it's been "backordered" for THREE WEEKS now -- NO updates, No refunds, and your NOT allowed to cancel the order.

Im having to go to my bank and contest the charge now. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!

Agreed, they sent me the wrong part and charge return shipping. I'm just going to trash it. Why pay $20 to return a big box and then hope for a $35 refund?

How should I ship back my return?

We highly recommend that you return your item with a shipping carrier that can provide you with both insurance and a tracking number in case of loss or damage. All returns should be able to be tracked from the time you ship your return until it is signed for on the dock. If you are shipping via USPS, please use Express Mail. Delivery confirmations and Priority Mail are not considered to be acceptable tracking methods.

Please make sure to properly pack your return and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Please do not write on the parts boxes as your product will not be considered โ€œresellableโ€. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.

got the same treatment here!! i returned the part with the return number that they gave me.

after 2 months of emails they told me the return number they gave me didn't specify it was a return so no refund im out $400. i reported them to the bbb.

I wish I would have read these reviews before sending them $340 that I will probably never see again. They sent me USED brake pads in a torn up box, and a alternator shipped loose - no packing materials or anything.

Sent it back (another $30 I'm out and over a month - no refund, no return calls, no return emails. Partsgeek should be shut down!
