Parts Geek sent a defective part, an electric driven unit that did not work. A quality outfit would have said oops, and taken care of the problem.

Not Parts Geek. Remember, this was their bad! I paid for a functional part in good faith and only received trash. They never fulfilled their end of the bargain.

Now to get a refund, they want me to pay for return postage and a restocking fee. That would be appropriate if this was a matter of MY choice to return something, but is not appropriate when they sent a non functioning part.

When they send postage, I will return their trash if they want it. In the meantime, I have obtained a working part from a good source and do not need Parts Geek ever again.

This reviewer shared experience about damaged or defective and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $132. The author is overall dissatisfied with Partsgeek. The most disappointing about trunk lid pull down motor from Partsgeek was faulty part and horrible customer service , but reviewer liked good parts selection. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
