This company is terrible. I ordered 4 identical wheels.

One of the wheels they sent me was incorrect. I had to wait for them to confirm that the wheel was wrong. Then I have to ship the wheel back to them at MY EXPENSE! Shipping ate up over 50% of the cost of a new wheel, not including tax and shipping on the new wheel.

I then have to order a new wheel. They won't issue a credit until they receive the wheel back from me. Ground shipping takes about a week. It then takes up to 3 weeks to get a credit on my card.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

It wasn't my fault they screwed up. Don't do business with this company.

Parts geek is great until something goes wrong. The sign of a good company is how they handle a mistake.

Parts geek gets a F on handling there mistakes and makes the customer become a victim all over again. More oversight is needed for company's like this, as they take advantage of customers, knowing that they can't come to a store in person to complain.

Shop local when you can and you won't be scammed, use PG and you may be ripped off! Buyer Beware!!!
