According to the PartsGeek Customer Service page, the company follows a 30-day return policy. They do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA, you should go to the Manage My Order tab and enter your email address and order number or you may submit a ticket on the company website within 30 days of ordering your product and PartsGeek will email you an RMA number with instructions. Returns can't be accepted without an RMA Number.
Please be aware that you might receive multiple RMA numbers if you are returning multiple products. It is very important to return items to their correct return location with the correct RMA#. If products are returned to an incorrect location, the credit will not be issued or significantly delayed.

  • Check that all of the parts you wish to return are included in your RMA e-mail.
  • PartsGeek strongly recommends that you return your item with a shipping carrier that can provide you with insurance and a tracking number in case of loss or damage.
  • All returns should be able to be tracked from the time you ship your return until it is signed for on the dock.
  • Please make sure to clearly write the correct RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Please do not write on the "boxes" your parts come in as your product will not be considered "resalable".
  • All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. The company does not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.

It's been about a week and part has not been shipped out to USPS yet?

How long is it going to be before my part gets sent.i paid for 3-7 days delivery method more than half that time and the part has not even been shipped out for delivery. What's going on?

Who is going to take care of this

I bought the coolant recovery tank for my 1994 Cadillac Eldorado touring from partsgeek and it was defective the sensor at the bottom gave a false reading and never showed it getting above 180. As a result the motor was blown. Which makes them responsible

According to Partsgeek return policy all returns are freight prepaid by the customer. They do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.

I ordered the wrong part and I need to return it. My boyfriend opened the box while I was at work. He doesn't remember seeing one.

The same happened to me fed ex said package was delivered but delivery isn't not on property cameras nor did I receive delivery notice on my door who's responsible for the part I paid for but never came

why did i get charged twice?

When I will receive my email

I did buy a fuel tank 3 weeks ago and was defected no good, I still waiting for email with the information about return it but your guys are avoiding me.

According to the PartsGeek refund policy, most return refunds are processed within 14 days or less after the warehouse receives them back. Some refunds may take longer. Fill in a support ticket if you have any concerns.

I never got the email for my Return but I logged in to view purchase history after a few days and that’s where my RMA number was. Sent back with that screenshot of the RMA with shipping information. No issues.

According to PartsGeek FAQs, you can submit a support ticket at partsgeek.com/aboutus.html#return-policy page. The ticket system is down for maintenance at the moment. It will be back up at 9:00 am EST. (excluding Sunday).

Where is my refund ?

I shipped my item back 10 days ago. I used the return label that was provided to me .I wrote the RMA on the outside of the box .

System can’t seem to recognize my email or order number ? I’m trying to check on status of my refund ..my tracking info confirms that the part was indeed delivered and received.

Credit card refunds may take up to 2-5 business days to show up on your statement after they process the credit. This is beyond their control. All refunds are applied in the same manner you paid (e.g., if you paid with a check, you will receive a check refund). You should receive an e-mail the day your refund is processed.

The Partsgeek FAQ section states that tracking numbers are usually available within 2 to 3 business days after placing your order. (On some orders it may take longer than 3 days). All tracking numbers are e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided at the point of sale. You can also track your order here https://www.partsgeek.com/aboutus.html#manage by providing your order number and email address.
Please note that ground orders are usually delivered in 3 to 7 business days. Some orders may take longer than 7 days. Truck freight orders are usually delivered in 7-12 business days. All truck freight deliveries will be scheduled through the shipping carrier with the customer and need a valid daytime phone number.
Overnight and 2-day delivery is not guaranteed, if you select overnight or 2-day shipping that only means that arrangements will be made to ship it out using that service. Please be aware that overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday with the exclusion of a holiday. The company does not offer delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
