This company agreed to honor the warranty, and I sent the defective alternator back with the information they emailed me. I had the post office create a label directly from my phone and paid an additional $13 to send it back to them. I contacted the store immediately after I left the post office to ensure they received the correct information. The sales representative confirmed that everything was correct and they would send a new alternator once the old one was received.
When I called to check on the status of my new alternator, I was told that they first received the old one at the warehouse.
During the same live chat, they claimed that I didn't put the actual address number and street on the shipping label, which was actually generated by the post office. If that were the case, the package should have been returned to me.so now my truck sits in my driveway with no alternator at all and I did everything I was instructed to do.
I've tried repeatedly to call their phone number, but all I get is a message about high call volume and an option to either stay on hold or press 1 to receive a call back. I've used this feature three times but have received no callbacks. I even stayed on hold for an hour and a half once, but I still couldn't connect with anyone.
This store blatantly lied to me.
I took this package to the post office; theres no way it would have been sent if the address wasnt correct. The store suggested that the package was picked up by someone else in their cityLock Haven, PA. It makes no sense how it would end up in Lock Haven, PA, without a proper address for the delivery!
I caution you not to do business with these individuals.
I have taken screenshots of the entire live chat conversation as evidence. They are total liars with horrible business practices!

Poor customer service policy.
I ordered an emmisions part secondary air injection and was sent a chassis part ( hub assembly). I was informed they would not send me the correct ,part until I return the wrong part.
I was also informed that i would have to pay for the return. They decided I would have to follow there policy or they would not send the correct part.

A seller sent me a faulty timing belt kit with a water pump, and the pulley was defective. When the new belt went on the new pulley and got it started, it shredded the new belt that came with the kit!
I have reached out to both parties and still haven't heard anything. I paid $100 for this kit, and the main thing was so sharp.
I took pictures of it. I just want my money back, and also, there is a 60 or 90-day money-back guarantee, and I'm afraid they won't reach out in time.

I ordered my package weeks ago and it never came. I've called customer support at Parts Geek and also UPS.
UPS said that they cannot do anything because, as far as they know, it says it was delivered and I need to contact Parts Geek again. I filed multiple claims with each company and I had no results.

Even though a customer service representative advised which Bosch fuel pump to purchase, they are now blaming me for choosing the wrong fuel pump. This gets them out of paying for return shipping.
Its also funny that they have pulled that Bosch fuel pump from their web site.
It listed that the inlet was 810mm. If you multiply that times.03937 (1mm) they were saying the inlet was 31.8897.
Having problems with order
I tried to order struts with swaybar links and a set of swaybar bushings. I placed order then it said that Detroit axle struts was not available so I contacted you by chat and you guys sent me a new link with a different quote and said you would cancel my first order and then I tried to place the new order with the link and it kept popping back place order after Ive already placed it like three times.
I do not want to keep having money taken out of my banking account when I only want one order. What do I do?

I contacted customer service via the chat while I was at the shop and was told that they couldnt be returned once they were installed. How am I supposed to know that theyre defective if they arent installed? I needed headlights so I had to keep them. Got home and the turn signals didnt work.
Only one came on and neither blinked. The second rep said nothing could be done since they were installed, asked me to wait a second & never came back. The third rep finally listened, asked for pics, and assisted me. I feel they go out of their way not to help once they have your money.
I was emailed a return label and told they had to be returned in the same box they were shipped in, which Im sure the mechanic had tossed! Had to purchase plain cardboard boxes because they stress no writing/print on the return so they can resell the item. They never took responsibility for sending me used parts and based on other reviews they look for any excuse not to give a refund. I always read reviews before making a purchase from a new merchant and I was kicking myself for not do so for Parts Geek.
I finally received a refund of $255.15, even though they charged me $258.10.
Yes, its only $2.95 short, but its the principle at this point. Im grateful for the refund but I will never buy anything from them again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Unable to give ZERO stars
I purchased breaks for a Maserati on two times they sent the wrong breaks to find out later they don't have the ones i requested ordered and purchased, in stock. When I tried to report the issue, they gave a long run around stating they don't accept the parts back or refund because of a second party. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

The website is overly complicated, and customer service did not provide clear information. Due to this, I mistakenly ordered the wrong part.
After realizing the mistake, I contacted customer service promptly, well before the item was shipped, to cancel the order.
Despite this, they shipped it out four days later, and I was forced to cover the return shipping costs. Absolutely ridiculous.

No choices like wrong part sent. Just crap like, was part broke, did it arrive too late, nothing that matched my problems. Now they won't cover return shipping. I spend 90.00 on parts.
Now want me to pay 100.00 for return shipping. So I got screwed!!!
