It seems difficult to address my type of problem. They make it more of a hassle than it needs to be. I don’t know how 2/3’s of an order doesn’t make into the box. Simple Customerservice- refund or ship the rest of the order and an apology.

I returned 2 shocks and they told me that I returned them to the wrong location. I did exactly what the return letter told me to do. Now they will not give me my money back they want me to send mail label , so they can send me the shocks back that I don’t want

You return policy puts the burden of the mistake on the buyer rather than on You the seller. I purchased A part specifically for a nissan and you sent me a part for a Toyota. I paid for shipping why don't I get my full refund? Why would I want to pay additional money on shipping the part. It's your error you ought to pay for the shipping or send me a shipping label.

I bought a window regulator drivers side and the hook thats supposed to clip the window in did not have a clip. Because it doesn't have a clip it doesn't hold the window. I'd like a refund so I can buy one that works.
