I read your review in its entirety and I was open-minded. However I have ordered parts from PartsGeek almost a dozen times and I've gotten quality products on time and shipped directly to me undamaged. So although your experiences are probably genuine but I can't say that I've shared the same experience in my business dealings with this company.

I ordered the wrong part I received the return label had it printer mailed it to the vender they received it I received a refund for the shipping label it says -$43.00 for the shipping label .

The price for the strut is like $46.00 + north Dakota tax came to around $56.00 I guess I was refunded $9.77 on my pay pal account.buy from your local vender ,returns are simpler it looks like I'm out of $46.00 for the strut

Sent totally wrong part and was ordered talking to the sales person and still got part for different vehicle

I don't know how it can get screwed up when the part is right there on the website picture with part number. D

Charge for return shipping

I received the wrong part for my car and when I asked to get a return shipping label they denied me. It cost me over 170$ to return the package, the parts I bought were about 280$. I probably would have been better off keeping them and tryna resell them, rather than dealing with parts geeks customer service and returns. Not happy, will change review if parts geek can reimburse me for the shipping.

Returning your call

I sent the parts back on August 5th, 2022, so they can inspect them and decide if they are going to refund me. I still have not heard back from them. And Im still here with duct tape holding my windows up during monsoon season and having to retape them trying not to get wet because I have to get back in my Jeep and I dont want it wet in there because thats where I live! My rear window regulator wasnt refunded by BROCK . So they get a big fat 0000 from me. I cant rate TRW because I am giving them a few more days.

User's recommendation: Look at the photos of the parts you are ordering to make sure they are the right ones or call and give them your vin#.

They will not respond to my emails even tho I have sent the tracking info from the post office, won't answer my emails about a refund or if they have received the part yet

As you can see they lied to me about putting my core money back on my debit card. Did the email of proof that they signed it would take two to four days and it's been well past 2 to 4 days and they still haven't returned my money and everybody that I have spoken to has given me the runaround

Wrong parts can’t be returned

Partsgeek sent me incorrect rotors in a brake kit and they wont accept a return because I dont have a complete kit to return. Everything on the packing slip must be returned but I didnt receive everything on the packing slip. Catch 22 and I got screwed.

I purchased a part the part that was sent to me in May was wrong it is now July and I have tried many times to return it and get my money back awful turnaround time

I purchased a part in May part that was sent to me is absolutely the wrong part I found the part with no problem from the store however upon trying to return parts to this store is too hard and it shouldnt be that way

Refund of core charge.

PartsGeek - Refund of core charge.
I was never told that i had only 1 month to return the old part. Very disappointed. I lost 74 dollars and i was not even. There was not any type of help to at least get some of my refund back.

Terrible company

First off my order didnt even come with all the pieces so I couldnt put it on. There is clips and they werent in my package. They act snobby in emails and act as if they really wanna help but they dont. I tried to return it and they wouldnt pay for shipping because it wasnt their fault. Its just so ingenuine and I would much rather support another company.
