I ordered control arms for my 98 Chevy 3500, I searched for the item on their site and the ones I ordered showed up as a direct fit. When they arrived the control arms were 4 inches to small width wise and 3 inches too long length wise. Also in 98 Chevy 2500's and 3500's had torsion bars that slide into a hole in the lower control arms, the control arms that I received were set up for springs which were not an option in 98 for the heavy gvwr... Decent priced wrong part. I put in all my info for my vehicle. I took the part to my mechnic he said its the wrong part. He did something to make it work. But its 1/16th from my rim. So now i have to take it to a alignment place and see if they cant align it so it doesnt touch the rim.

Horrid customer service I ordered a part at the beginning of November and the part was incorrect. When I explained that to a "customer service" representative, he berated me and said I must be mistaken. Rather than address and solve the problem he chose to argue. Ordered a BMW part from Parts geek on a Monday because I desperately needed it by Friday. I ordered the correct part but on Thursday night I received a part for a Volkswagen Passat. Talked to their support at Partsgeek and the guy said, Well, can't you make it fit? What a ***!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I ordered a part that required a core return. The package arrived at the garage that was installing the part. There was no information on how to return the core in the box AT ALL. They sent the part back - I have a tracking number, a signature that they signed for it - and because their "policy" is that someone was supposed to call them for a number 1st - they WILL NOT GIVE ME MY CORE MONEY BACK. I bought an electric window regulator and motor. Order #915201013 The motor didn't work. I asked for an RMA. The RMA came in and told me that if the box was opened I couldn't return it. I called their customer service and they confirmed it. They didn't even care. I asked for a supervisor. I got a recording. They never returned my call. I ordered a "new" starter for my Chevy Avalanche. They sent me a used starter that didn't even fit my vehicle. After several emails and several phone calls they finally agreed to take it back. Only to call me and accuse me of switching the starters then stating no refund will be issued. Unbelievable!! I would not recommend doing business with them. Waiting on refund and waiting they keep saying they will answer with response in 24/48 hours it's been three weeks..I had RMA # Tracking# as well as original order# Partsgeek still don't respond..

This company takes no responsibility for their own errors. I ordered three hoses for my ford explorer sport track. they sent three hoses for some other car. their website matched them up and said they were correct. their database is screwed up. they informed me i had to pay return postage to send two parts to one warehouse and one part to another.
