0 stars...The wrong part was shipped. Received brake pads and I ordered a fuel pump.
No urgency with customer service to correct the issue and send out the correct item. It was their fault, and I had to pay shipping to return???
Then they told me to reorder myself and pay shipping again. Your mistake, take care of the customer, unfortunately you lost this one!!!

I was very concerned when I places an order over $200.00 and never received an order confirmation email. Oddly enough, I did receive my purchase.
Now, does that make sense?
Why wouldnt I receive an email confirmation? Common on guys , whats really going on?
Bad customer service
I ordered a turbo charger base on the vin number was not informed about the car actually requires two. When the shop told me it uses two I ordered a second one unare it was also the same as the first, now when bad turbos were pulled it was not the same exact one, I needed.I tried I tried to return, but I they not accept the wrong first one they sent citing it was over 30 days ago , no matter it was their fault .no matter both wrong turbo were still in the box new, no matter that I needed to order two new turbos at a higher price , they just didnt care to help at all , no return , no discount ,no apologies'

They scammed me
Parts are crap and they inaccurately describe on their website. I ordered mirrors for my RAM and the website stated they were power folding mirrors... i recieved the mirrors and mounted one mirror and tested it... it was not a power folding mirror.
This scamming company first said i could rerurn them but expected me to pay the shipping and a restock fee for their inaccurate description mistake. Then they wanted a vin# to verify fitment. I explained they fit fine but its the missing function of the mirror that is the problem. Now they wont do a return because i mounted the part ...
the only way to find out that the mirror did not have the power folding function. Avoid this scamming company and their incompetent people.

I have questions and if I can’t call someone I don’t want to do buisness! Charge people for express delivery of 2-3 days then send when ever and can’t even call!
I paid for 2-3 days on a Friday and it is not coming until the following Saturday! I won’t do buissness with you again and I won’t give a good recommendation.
I paid for 2-3 day delivery on 05/02/25, and my tracking is 05/10. That's 8 days.
If that's the case, then refunding my express delivery should be given. Also, how to contact you is stupid!
Nobody answers. Why can't a person just call??

Ordered L&R electric lock actuators for my Jeep,L one was defective could communicate with anyone left call back request and no one called back. Tried to get return info still no communication.
Need to have number you can talk to agent to solve problem in timely manner. Reordered L side and cant track package.

They never got back to me nor have they issued the refund I am entitled to. Sad that such a company has such terrible customer service.
I made a large purchase and there were 3 items missing. I reported it per their procedure and after all was said and done, they denied that the parts were missing.
They refused to send the parts.
They refused to issue a refund and they closed the case saying, "sorry" we can't help you. We are loyal customers and this is how they treated.
There is no way to contact them other than their 800 number and refuse to do anything else. They are thieves and unprofessional.
The manager's name is Marco. He's also lame.
Surely, this company is run by idiots who do not know the value of their customers.

Terrible company. Gave my vehicles VIN # for front left and right air suspension.
I have a RWD vehicle which the VIN would show that, but they still sent AWD parts.
Nightmare on getting a return and they expect you to pay for shipping because they are incompetent. Their business practices are criminal

It is a very bad company. I will never order from them again, and I will go ahead and let everybody else know who orders from them that they shouldn't order from them anymore.

Missing package
Auto parts I paid for speedy shipping and they lost half of my order. Say they can't refund even though it's their fault.
Has to go through some baloney. They had no issues taking the money. You can't call them it has to be done on a chat.
First time customer and won't use them again. Use Rock Auto any place but these guys.
Total rip off on a refund
I returned parts to Parts geek for a refund. I never installed the parts and sent them parts as requested.
They told me the parts were damaged and they would not refund my money. Also was told that they had to throw the parts away.
No refund and no parts returned back to me. After numerous Emails and pleas to refund my money Parts Geek came out on top and I'm sure the parts were resold
