Ordered parts for a 1996 Tacoma - they do not fit. Called customer service and gave them the VIN number and guy said they do not have parts for me.

ALL I WANT TO DO IS RETURN THEM.

Over an hour on the phone and I am still dealing with this. I need a lot more parts for 4 vehicles I am working on and I will NEVER use these ass-clowns, again!

Part not delivered here

I never received my part from you and I was never able to reach anyone. I still need the part, and I'm not happy!

It must have been delivered by irresponsible people. They placed it on the wrong address at 10:30 pm. They probably couldn't even see where they were putting it. Who delivers at that time of night?

UPS still has not reached out, so I don't know what the heck is going on. I will give you all a few more days, then I'm done!

Wrong sized parts

They won't accept returns for the rotor that was described to fit my truck. I installed it, and found out it was oversized for the caliper, so I can't get the caliper on.

It's one inch wide and the caliper is 7/8ths.

Now I need to disassemble it and go to Autozone to buy a new one. Wasted money and time; I will never shop here again.

Sent me wrong parts

Ordered whole front replacement for my Cadillac ordered what they show and advertised to be the right kit for my your model after about six days all the parts come in and everythings wrong sku numbers parts nothing matches from my order.

so Im trying to call them every day for almost a week using the call back even stayed on phone 5 hours multiple times hoping they for help to see if they can it go about getting me right parts & how they want this shipped back finally use the email an of course had to prove they messed up they agreed its on them so Im thinking ok no big deal they will take care of shipping back an get me new parts two weeks now still no person just email an its saying send back an give me a refund. So at this point Im like ok fine wanted their business but clearly they dont care about customer what was 40$ shipping to me was 300$ to ship back an I had to eat it then I have to wait till they receive it before they even start to send my money back and that takes 14-16 days should have done more research finally after using pissedconsumer I got a person but that didnt help couldnt speak well an basically told me yeah we *** up thanks for sending our *** up back an paying for it.

Now wait 3 weeks for your money. But seems they do this a lot to people after reading about them should be in jail purposely sending wrong orders to get extra money is how it looks smh will never use again honestly should take legal action

Partsgeek is not good

The part was shipped to the mechanic, but it took him a long time to get to the vehicle. The part, a wiring harness, did not fit a 1993 **** P/U truck.

This was false advertisement for the harness, and they won't even look at the pictures that were taken to see the grave error they made in shipping the wrong part. They are strictly adhering to the 30-day return policy.

I ordered one radiator but noticed at the last minute I had two on my front porch. I sent them back, not knowing I had to pay for something I did not need, and had to pay for the return shipping.

The company I own will not charge anyone for returns, but this company does. There might be more companies doing the same thing, which is not fair to the customer.

They are, basically, making the customer lose either way they engage with this company. I just want all my money back so I can get my vehicle fixed.

Didn't get my part

I didn't get my part, even though I paid extra for fast shipping. When it didn't arrive after patiently waiting for weeks, I tried to contact someone about them not arriving.

They had to conduct an investigation that took weeks to tell me they were lost. Now, I have to wait for a refund and then I can reorder and start all over.

Meanwhile, my bill keeps growing as my car sits in the shop. Very frustrating.

Better boxes should be used for that heavy parts. The handling of it should be alot Better. It was or looked like it had been thrown around.

I had to go to prison I got out I have a screen for my 07 Honda Accord and they gave me the wrong one and it's been in the box in the wrappers it's never came out of the box cuz it's not the right one I asked him just to trade me for the right one and he told me no cuz it was after 30 days and I think that's crazy

Bought Turn Signal Assembly

Website is confusing. Needed drivers side turn signal assembly.

Beware of photos - they are for reference only! In my case, they showed the passenger side assembly (right) for the drivers side (left) assembly and the drivers side assembly (left) for the passengers side (right). Confused me as different manufacturers on their site label their assemblies and photos differently. Communicated with their representative to get details on the return.

He was actually condescending about my confusion even though their photos for both assemblies are wrong.

Not the best experience. We will see how the return process goes.
