They have my part and my money and refuse to make it right because I had two returns from the same order and they want them returned to different warehouse and the shipping agent put the same address

Return with the RMA of 6034**** went to the wrong address. It was delivered to Delivered, Garage / Other Door / Other Location at address Littleton, MA 01460 on April 4, 2025, at 9:26 am and the tracking number is 943463****235292****47.

Terrible company. Gave my vehicles VIN # for front left and right air suspension.

I have a RWD vehicle which the VIN would show that, but they still sent AWD parts.

Nightmare on getting a return and they expect you to pay for shipping because they are incompetent. Their business practices are criminal

Stole my money

Said that they delivered my parts and I never received them. All they did was lie and lie.

It is a very bad company. I will never order from them again, and I will go ahead and let everybody else know who orders from them that they shouldn't order from them anymore.

Missing package

Auto parts I paid for speedy shipping and they lost half of my order. Say they can't refund even though it's their fault.

Has to go through some baloney. They had no issues taking the money. You can't call them it has to be done on a chat.

First time customer and won't use them again. Use Rock Auto any place but these guys.

Total rip off on a refund

I returned parts to Parts geek for a refund. I never installed the parts and sent them parts as requested.

They told me the parts were damaged and they would not refund my money. Also was told that they had to throw the parts away.

No refund and no parts returned back to me. After numerous Emails and pleas to refund my money Parts Geek came out on top and I'm sure the parts were resold

Easily answered on website.

This company has always been good to work with with good customer service. We have been ordering for years and always get prompt service.

Proce is always good too. Highly recommend for all needs!

Customer service will not answer there phones !!! How am I suppost to return there mistake , without a RMA ? I will never do buissness with them ever again !!!! This has been a nightmare .

I orderd 1 front kit !!!

They sent me 2 REAR KITS ?

ITS OVER 100$ TO SEND BACK WITHOUT A RMA.

My fraud team got a hold of this company , and they credited my debt with 1/2 of what they took out !!!

I need to return wrong items , to get credited the other 109.90 to my account.

I'm done with thus company !!!

Did not get my full refund only $33 out of a 162

I spent a $168 on parts that turned out to be wrong I spent another $66 shipping them back to you And only got $33.01 refund back. I called and spoke to I supposed manager sir and he said he would look into it.

Still haven't heard back.its been over 2 hrs. All you seem to do is give the customer a runaround I'm getting very tired of it and about to consult my attorney.

I was missing 2 parts from my Control Rod Tie Rod Kit. I mean freaking control arm is in the product name, pretty sure that should go in the damn box.

I've waited on hold multiple times only to get hung up on or have someone I cant even understand talking to me. Why should I return EVERYTHING when all you need to do is send me the 2 missing parts from my order?!?!?

This company sucks and I wish I read all the terrible reviews before I wasted my money. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Damaged trailer hitch

I ordered a trailer hitch from Parts Geek, package was delivered damaged from FedEx. Wrapped in shrink wrap only, no box or other padding to protect it.

When I received it, the wrap was torn and ripped exposing the hitch and the powder coated paint was scratched and scuffed exposing steel. I immediately reached out to Part Geek and after trying for 2 1/2 hours, I finally got someone to call me back. They refused to refund my money, said I need to return hitch for inspection and if they issued a refund, it would take up to 3 weeks to get my money back.

I sent the hitch back and They have received the Hitch, I still havent heard anything from them, not responding to phone calls or emails. I have spent my last dollar with them.

Buyer beware because you most certainly will regret doing business with them as I deeply regret it.

Can't return parts

I ordered a complete set of brake rotors and pads from this company. The first box I received was the front rotors which I put on the truck as soon as I received them.

The second box came 3 days later and they were the wrong rotors and pads for my application. I went to their web site and told them my dilemma. I was then told because I ordered them as a package of all 4 I could not get a partial refund. I received a partial order on 2 separate occasions, so how could this be a package.

I called thier customer service number multiple times and even left my number as to not lose my place in line. I never received a call.

Wrong Part Listing/Terrible Customer Service

After verifying that this part fits my car on this site, I had it installed on my car. The dealership informs me that it is not compatible with my car.

After a week of trying to get ahold of customer service, they inform me that I have to return the part for a refund. The tire sensors are already installed and I would have to pay to have them broken down and then remounted and balanced again just to get $125 back for them listing the wrong part.

They refuse to credit me in any way for their inaccurate listing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, would not recommend ordering from this site unless you can be 100% positive the part fits your vehicle.

I'm totally pissed at partsgeek after ordering my part and waiting to get it and it was not the part I ordered. And now partsgeek wants me to pay for the return of wrong part and wants to charge me for restocking the part when it was clearly partsgeeks fault...I will never order again from partsgeek if this is how I will be treated when it wasn't my fault at all..
