had updated my billing address online with my bank proceeded to try to place order with you it declined my card stating that the billing address was not correct so I called the customer service line to try to replace the order as I need parts as soon as possible was hung up on twice and spoke very rudely to both times was not allowed to give my situation replace order like I would have liked to the card was good I contacted the bank and was treated in a very rude and abrupt manner I work customer service what was done to me was inappropriate

Geek auto parts sent me the wrg part for my car and now you can get a hold of them without jumping threw hoops ...this total *** I'll never deal with these people again so im out 26 bucks

I had charges on my bank account where they were able to charge the card but chose to decline on their end and in the process left all my information out there on the web so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
